Our very first Corporate Well B Pop-Up Lunch was a success at P&G 🥗 We served 500 fresh, full-meal salads and Blends with Benefits fueling the team with wellness and flavor. At Well B, we believe food is fuel and that lunch should do more than fill you up, it should nourish, refresh, and empower your team to thrive through the workday. That’s why we’re bringing wellness-driven meals straight to workplaces, making it easy and accessible for companies to show their teams some love in the most delicious way possible. 🥗💚 📍 Where should we pop up next? DM us for details on how to bring Well B to your team. by @wellb__

Meet the Well Women 🤍 Every woman has a story, and no two journeys look the same. Today, we’re celebrating Jailan and her journey with Twenty One 7 program, learning to understand her body, discovering how to dress in a way that feels right for her, and embracing the changes along the way. Because sometimes, the biggest transformation is seeing yourself differently, feeling more confident, and getting to know yourself a little better. ✨ Here’s to Jailan and her 2 years of self discovery and becoming more of her 🤍 by @wellb__
Introducing Made By Her in Twenty One 7 ✨ A series to celebrate the women within our community, their businesses, their hard work, creativity, and the passion behind everything they build. New month, new conversation✨ This month in Twenty One 7 Program, we’re opening up the conversation around emotional eating , understanding our relationship with food, recognising our triggers, and learning to navigate those moments when our emotions influence the way we eat. Growth isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about willing to learn, ask questions, share experiences, and take small steps forward. Here’s to a new conversation in October! by @wellb__

Sourdough cookies? Yes, you read that right. 🍪 At Twenty One 7, we love creating experiences, and what better way to create one than through a hands-on live baking session, in partnership with @wunder.bakery , where our members came together to make sourdough cookies from scratch. Because for us, it’s never just about the food only. It’s about slowing down, getting our hands messy, learning, laughing, and sharing moments that feel real. Thank you, @hsanad14 , for bringing it all together in one beautiful session. Sometimes the sweetest memories start with a little sourdough and get even sweeter when they’re made with Wunder Bakery. 🤎 by @wellb__
Walk with Linah Challenge is still going strong, probably stronger than we ever expected! 🚶‍♀️🔥 We’re seeing step counts we honestly never thought would be possible. What once felt like a huge number is now becoming completely doable. For now, here’s a little snippet of what it’s been like: 16,000 steps has become very doable for some of our members… and we’re talking 40,000+ steps now! 😳 The challenge is definitely challenging and our members are rising to it! Stay tuned to hear what the experience has really been like from the people taking on the challenge. 💪 @linahfarms x WellB by @wellb__
