My summer Sabbath practice 🕊️ a weekly reset that centers guilt-free rest, stillness, and intentional rest for 24 hours before the week even starts. I like to start with rest as the non-negotiable for my week, so I’m working from a regulated, rested place instead of earning my way toward one 🤍 I’ve been using rest as resistance against the idea that I always need to do and produce more, and it has really grounded me and allowed me to be more efficient when I do go to work💡the foundation of my personal practice is to come back to myself & God (I’m a Christian), but if you are not spiritual in that way, I still think a rest practice is an incredible way to honor both yourself and your goals!#sabbath #sabbathday #sabbathpractice #sabbathrest #intentionalliving by @wellbycami
