New guest release today from French producers, Ape & Wellgoez. Neural Canopy features a four-track collaborative EP by Ape, WellgoeZ, Balthazor, and Mars Massive. Rooted in psychedelic bass music and broken beats, it blends electronic production with organic instrumentation, featuring banjo, cello, guitar, and opera vocals. Drawing inspiration from the forest, the EP invites listeners into a realm where nature and electronics intertwine.

🔊 Neural Canopy EP preview 🔊

Out on Bandcamp: shantiplanti.bandcamp.com/album/neural-canopy

🎵 Selva: An ode to the pulsating life force of the Amazonian jungle. An ancestral íkaro echoes through the canopy, interwoven with the electron streams flowing through our synthesizers.

🎵 Pixies Path: Sit beside an elder tree and close your eyes. Sink beneath the noise of thought. Reach inward until there is no center, reach outward until there is no edge, and the forest will whisper the story of our origins.

🎵 Sawmill Funk: Sunlight spills through the canopy as a banjo in sawmill tuning jams along dub-soaked rhythms. Loose grooves, warm bass, and a grin too wide to hide.

🎵 Tregastel: Composed on the Breton coast. Dark rocks and restless tides under a low sky. A siren voice drifts through the fog as the sea pulls back, revealing the sunken seaweed forest.
