My favourite kind of morning: a little stretch, a lot of plant checking, and something comfy from Wellicious 🌿🧘‍♀️

A few yoga poses to wake up my body, followed by my daily inspection of every new leaf. Yes, I absolutely celebrate when one appears! 😄

A calm + productive morning in my life ☺️🧘‍♀️

Not every morning looks like this, but I find that starting my day a little earlier makes such a difference!

I like to have a bit of time before the noise and busyness of the day starts - to journal, move, eat properly and ease into things 🪷

I never used to think twice about what my activewear was made from.
I just wanted something cute, comfy and good for moving in.

But since moving to Malta, I’ve become so much more aware of the damage plastic can do to the environment. Living somewhere surrounded by the sea makes it feel a lot harder to ignore…

And the more I looked into it, the more I realised it wasn’t just an environmental conversation - I started learning about what wearing synthetic fabrics so close to our skin can mean too.

It made me start thinking differently about the clothes I buy and wear every single day.

So now I’m trying to choose more consciously, where I can 🤍
