I want to wish my oldest my boo who made me a mom 27 years old wow how Time flies when you a having fun she has been my backbone throughout life we grew up together. She made me the happiest grandma ever and she is such a awesome mom she is an amazing person love you to the moon and back when you see my baby girl can you wish her happy birthday 🎂 by @wellneededrestgetaway

🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: IF YOU’RE IN YOUR 40s OR 50s AND YOU USED TO PARTY ALL NIGHT, GET 3 HOURS OF SLEEP, AND STILL CLOCK IN AT 8 AM… YOU’RE NOT BORING NOW. YOU’RE RETIRED. 😂

Because WE ALREADY GOT IT IN.

Like… GOT. IT. IN.

We partied ALL NIGHT.
Drank all night.
Danced all night.
Got home when the sun came up…

AND STILL WENT TO WORK THE NEXT MORNING. 😭😂

We did house parties, basement parties, cookouts, clubs, step shows, homecomings and after-parties.

There was no Uber.
No Life360.
No Find My Friends.

Just somebody named Mike saying, “I know a shortcut.”

And we followed Mike. 😂

We piled 9 people into a car that legally seated 5. Somebody was sitting on somebody’s lap, somebody was hanging out the window, and somebody was yelling “DUCK!” when we passed a cop.

We drank Hennessy, Alizé, Boone’s Farm, Mad Dog, Purple Passion and whatever was in that cooler at the cookout.

Nobody asked questions.

We trusted the process. 😂

We danced until the club lights came on, then asked:

“So where we going now?”

Now?

We like sweatpants.

We like our beds.

We like peace.

We like restaurants at 5:30.

And if you text at 9:30 PM asking what we’re doing?

SLEEPING.

We are not boring.

WE ARE RETIRED. 😂

We already had our outside era.

And BABY…

WE WERE OUTSIDE.

We have stories that will NEVER be told because thank God there were no camera phones. 😂

So put some respect on our names.

You’re looking at retired legends. 🏆
