15-MINUTE CRISPY SALMON BOWLS 🍣🥑🤎

If you’re still stuck making the same boring meals on repeat, SAVE this one!! Crispy, sticky salmon bites, fresh cucumber avocado salad and the most delicious creamy, spicy sauce 🤌🏼

It tastes like something you’d order out, except it takes just 15 minutes to throw together at home. And trust me, you’ll want to make it again!! 🤤

RECIPE 👇🏼

🍣 CRISPY SALMON
* 2 boneless salmon fillets cubed
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1½ tbsp soy sauce
* ½ tbsp brown sugar
* 1 tsp sriracha
* 1 tsp olive oil

🥑 CUCUMBER AVOCADO SALAD
* 2 mini cucumbers, diced
* 1 avocado, diced
* ¼ cup fresh coriander
* Juice of 1 lime
* 1 tbsp honey

🌶️ CREAMY SPICY SAUCE
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* Juice of 1 lime
* ¼ cup sriracha
* 2 tsp cumin
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tbsp honey

METHOD 👩🏼‍🍳
1. Toss your cubed salmon with all the seasonings, sauces and olive oil until coated. Cook in the air fryer at 180° for 15 mins until golden, sticky and cooked through.
2. Finely dice your cucumber and avocado, then toss with coriander, lime juice and honey.
3. Blend all your spicy sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
4. Assemble your bowls with the crispy salmon, cucumber avocado salad and a generous drizzle of that spicy sauce. SO GOOD!!

I’ve been using @butcher_crowd’s new wild-caught Keta salmon for this recipe and the quality is honestly next level. It’s wild-caught rather than farmed, and you can genuinely taste the difference!

Save this for your next easy dinner/lunch & send it to someone who loves a good throw together bowl!! 🫶🏼

If you’ve got chicken and 20 minutes, SAVE THIS 🍝🤌🏼

Creamy, garlicky, packed with sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan… and the best part? It all comes together in ONE pan. Minimal effort, minimal washing up, maximum flavour 😂

20-MINUTE CREAMY CHICKEN RISONI 🍅🍗

You’ll need:
• 680g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4–5 garlic cloves, crushed
• ¾ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained
• 2 tsp Italian herbs
• 2 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup risoni
• 2½ cups chicken stock
• ¾ cup thickened cream
• 2 large handfuls baby spinach
• ¾ cup freshly grated parmesan

METHOD

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and cook the chicken for 2–3 minutes, until it starts to brown.

2. Add the garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian herbs, paprika, salt + pepper. Cook for another few minutes until everything smells AMAZING.

3. Stir through the risoni and chicken stock, reduce the heat and cover. Cook for around 12 minutes, stirring every few minutes so nothing sticks. Add a splash more stock if needed.

4. Once the risoni is tender, stir through the cream and spinach until the spinach wilts.

5. Add plenty of freshly grated parmesan, stir until creamy and serve immediately 🤌🏼

One pan. 20 minutes. And a dinner I will 100% be making again.

SAVE this for the next time you’re staring at a packet of chicken with absolutely no idea what to make 😂

And send it to whoever is always asking “what should we have for dinner?” 🤍

Simply throw everything in, forget about it, and somehow it tastes like you tried WAY harder than you did 😂

This slow cooker beef massaman is creamy, mildly spicy, packed with flavour and the beef literally falls apart 🤌🏼 Definitely adding this one to the easy dinner rotation.

And apparently the best review I can give it is that we ate the entire thing before I remembered I was supposed to film the finished product 😂

SLOW COOKER BEEF MASSAMAN CURRY 🥘

You’ll need:
• Beef chuck
• Salt + pepper
• 2 beef stock cubes
• 500ml water
• 2 cans coconut milk
• 1 can massaman curry paste
• 3 tsp white sugar
• 2 tsp fish sauce
• Juice of ½ a lime
• Onion, chopped
• Carrot, chopped (optional)
• Brussels sprouts, halved (optional)

METHOD

1. Season the beef with salt + pepper and sear on both sides until nicely browned.

2. Add the stock cubes, water, coconut milk and massaman curry paste to your slow cooker and stir until combined.

3. Stir through the sugar, fish sauce and lime juice.

4. Add your beef, onion, carrot and Brussels sprouts, then give everything a good stir. Make sure the beef is completely covered by the liquid.

5. Cook on HIGH for 6 hours, or until the beef is beautifully tender and pulls apart easily. If it needs a little longer, give it another hour.

6. Pull the beef apart and serve with fluffy rice and plenty of that creamy massaman sauce 🤌🏼

Minimal effort, maximum flavour — exactly how a weeknight dinner should be.

SAVE this for the next night you have absolutely no idea what to cook 🥘

The cheese sauce is what MAKES this one 🤤 Recipe in the caption ↓

Rich beefy tomato layers, soft zucchini, pasta and the creamiest homemade cheese sauce all baked together under a golden layer of melted cheese + Parmigiano Reggiano.

Comfort food at its absolute best.

SAVE THIS ↓ My creamy beef lasagne 🍝🤤

🥩 BEEF
• 500g beef mince
• 1 brown onion, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 400g canned diced or crushed tomatoes
• Italian herbs
• Garlic powder
• Chilli powder
• Salt + pepper
• Olive oil

🧀 CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE
• 60g butter
• ½ cup plain flour
• 2½ cups full cream milk
• 125g grated cheese
• Parmigiano Reggiano, to taste
• Sprinkle of garlic powder
• Sprinkle of nutmeg
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

PLUS
Lasagne sheets
Zucchini
Extra grated cheese + Parmigiano Reggiano for the top

METHOD
1. Prep the zucchini: Slice thinly, spread onto a baking tray with a little olive oil, salt + pepper and bake at 200°C fan-forced until softened.
2. Make the beef: Sauté the onion + garlic in olive oil, then add the mince and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder + chilli powder. Once browned, stir through the tomato paste, tomatoes + plenty of Italian herbs. Let it simmer while you make the sauce.
3. Make the cheese sauce: Melt the butter, stir in the flour until it forms a smooth paste, then gradually whisk in the milk a little at a time. Keep it over low-medium heat until it starts to thicken — be patient with this part! Stir through the grated cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic powder, nutmeg + nutritional yeast until thick and creamy. 🤤
4. Layer it up: Add a little beef to the bottom of your baking dish, then layer lasagne sheets, cheese sauce, zucchini + beef. Repeat until your dish is full.
5. Bake: Finish with cheese sauce, grated cheese + plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano. Bake at 200°C fan-forced for around 40 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and ENJOY 🤌🏼

Save this one for your next lasagne night 🤍

RECIPE 👇🏼 & some things I learnt making this creamy beef lasagne:

🧀 The homemade cheese sauce is absolutely the best part. Give it time to thicken and it becomes SO creamy.

🤫 Adding zucchini is such an easy way to sneak some extra veg in… and you honestly barely notice it.

The verdict: I fear jarred cheese sauce may never make it into my lasagne again 😂

Here’s exactly how I made it ↓

🥩 BEEF
• 500g beef mince
• 1 brown onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 400g diced/crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp Italian herbs
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• Salt + lots of pepper
• Drizzle of olive oil

🧀 CHEESE SAUCE
• 60g butter
• ½ cup plain flour
• 2½ cups full cream milk
• 125g grated cheese
• Parmigiano Reggiano
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

🍝 PLUS
• 2 zucchinis
• Lasagne sheets
• Extra cheese + Parmigiano Reggiano

👩🏼‍🍳 METHOD

1. Bake thinly sliced zucchini at 200°C fan-forced with olive oil, salt + pepper until soft.
2. Sauté onion + garlic, add mince + seasonings and brown. Stir through tomato paste + tomatoes and simmer.
3. Melt butter, stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk. Cook on low-medium until thick. Stir through cheeses, garlic powder, nutmeg + nutritional yeast.
4. Layer beef, lasagne sheets, cheese sauce + zucchini. Repeat, finishing with cheese sauce + plenty of cheese.
5. Bake for ~40 mins until golden + bubbling. Let it rest before slicing 🤌🏼

Little tip: Don’t rush the cheese sauce! Give it time on low-medium heat and it WILL thicken 🤤

✅ SAVE this one for your next lasagne night 🤍

If your cream cheese frosting doesn’t have a little tang to it… I don’t want it 😂🤝🏻

This one is thick, fluffy, creamy and just tangy enough to balance out all that sweetness — and it takes about 5 minutes to make.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 🤍

• 225g unsalted butter, softened
• 225g cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 480–600g icing sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT ↓

Beat the softened butter until smooth and fluffy, then add the cream cheese and mix until creamy.

Gradually beat in the icing sugar, starting with 480g and adding more if you want it sweeter or a little firmer. Add the vanilla and give it one final mix until thick, fluffy and spreadable.

My biggest tip: make sure your butter is properly softened and your cream cheese is at room temperature before you start — it makes getting that silky smooth texture SO much easier.

Save this for the next time you’re making carrot cake, cupcakes or literally anything that needs cream cheese frosting 🤤 by @wellness.karla

Super soft, ridiculously moist carrot cake, packed with warm cinnamon, little bites of crunchy walnut, and layered with the creamiest, tangy-sweet cream cheese frosting 🤤🥕

Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll send the full recipe straight to your DM’s. 🤍

If you make it, PLEASE come back and tell me your verdict.

Honestly… every bite just melts in your mouth. One thing about me lately - I suddenly want to make everything from scratch. 😂

I’m definitely NOT an expert baker (this was literally my first carrot cake) but that’s kind of why I’ve been loving learning all of this.

Try it. Figure out what tastes AMAZING. Add it to the things you know how to make forever.

And when something turns out this good on attempt number one?? Even better. 🤝🏻

And yes, unfortunately you do have to grate the carrots. 😂
