Can you imagine? That you took so long to realize your full potential ? by @wellnessbae_

I was tired of surviving.
Burnt out. Underpaid. Overworked.
As a nurse, I gave so much—but still felt like I was losing… my time, my joy, my identity.
I was present at the bedside but absent in my own life.
I was a mom, but barely had energy to be one.
And on my days off? I slept… just to feel normal.

But deep down, I knew something:
This wasn’t the end of my story.
Representation matters in wellness, in leadership, in ownership.
So I stopped waiting for someone to rescue me—and I did the work.

I listened to my community.
I followed the call on my life.
And I started building.
My goal?
To help hundreds of burnt-out caregivers, nurses, and changemakers monetize their mission, build wealth through impact, and finally live free.

You deserve a life that reflects your calling.
You deserve purpose, profit, and peace. by @wellnessbae_

Cringe ASF

That’s what almost stopped me from dropping @healthflexirl
That’s what almost stopped me from opening @offshiftmedia

Not fear. Not lack of ideas.
Just that feeling of… this looks weird. This feels awkward.

Filming myself. Posting anyway.
Building something before it looks “perfect.”

But I’m realizing…
it’s always going to feel like that in the beginning.

When you’re early, it looks cringe.
When people don’t get it yet, it feels cringe.
When the vision is bigger than what’s visible… it feels cringe.

That doesn’t mean stop.
That means you’re building something real.

So I did it anyway.

Messy. Unpolished. Still figuring it out.
But moving.

Because I’d rather be seen trying
than stay stuck overthinking how I look.

And the real shift?
Surrounding myself with people who think like this too.

The ones willing to sit down and build.
Plan. Pitch. Create. Sell.
Not just talk about it.

People call it delusion.

But this is what it takes to bring a vision to life.

Im really Taking over the healthcare media space with the most unique concepts
So excited to share that @offshiftmedia started a new series: @healthflexirl 🎥 street interviews.
The concept is to really understand what people’s daily health and wellness habits look like, what they consider wellness, and how they integrate that into real life.
From everyday people.
I want to understand the connection between health knowledge and health living — what people know, how culture shapes lifestyle choices, and how those lifestyle choices affect health.
I’ll also be sharing the bloopers and funny moments on my alt page @annellalawrence because this concept is definitely pushing me into growth 😭 on-the-spot street interviews are no joke.
But that’s what makes this so interesting.
Real people. Real habits. Real perspective.

Money & Mimosas

Intimate brunch. Big conversations. Real alignment.

Legacy conversations over brunch. Strategy served with soul.

As a speaker and business owner, I’ve realized — I’m no longer energized by surface-level spaces.
I’m fed by rooms where the mission is clear:
Build. Heal. Multiply. Impact.

Money & Mimosas isn’t just about sipping and smiling — it’s about systems.
It’s about being in community with people who aren’t just dreaming, but designing lives that positively affect others.
People who talk vision, wealth, purpose, and real solutions.

I appreciate those who don’t just chase success, but create structure — who build with intention so that others can rise too.

This is what I show up for now:
Elevated spaces. Aligned conversations. Tables that feel like transformation.

Yesterday happened...❤️😮

Yesterday wasn’t just another speaking engagement — it was confirmation.

When you walk in purpose, you don’t just show up — you shift rooms.

Thank you @darelreels ( you are simply amazing in creating community and social media expansion ). to the incredible panel and hosts for the space and energy. I can't wait to work with you on other projects.

It feels amazing to be a resource, to lead with impact, and to bring others with me on the journey.
We’re not just building careers — we’re building legacies.

To everyone chasing purpose over popularity — keep going.
Waking up, building legacy and creating impact is the goal . You can only do that with community. Thank you for those who continue to support. by @wellnessbae_
