Sending so much love to everyone submitting apps and pls pls pls remember that everything works out exactly as it should and you’ll end up right where you should be. Let this be a reminder of your journey and dedication down this road. It will alllll work out I promise!❤️ by @wellnesswithanj

Beyond our generational differences LOL I’m so grateful that I can share this experience with my dad — especially when we can do it in matching scrubs. Everything’s better in midnight green by @jaanuu😌

I’ll be prescribing you one microdose of:

- plant based, whole foods
- 8 hours of sleep
- 150 mins of cardiovascular exercise per week
- social connection
- less stress, more mindfulness

Not to discount supplements either! Some can be very beneficial and our health can definitely benefit from the basics above too✨ by @wellnesswithanj
