Moms can you relate?🫪🤣 #relatable #mommylife #motherhoodunfiltered by @wellnesswithjustus

Welcome to WellnessWithJustus 🤎🌿

I’ve been wanting to create this space for a while, and I finally decided to stop waiting for everything to be perfect.

This page is about wellness in real life — simple recipes, nourishing foods, healthy habits, Seamoss, motherhood, and learning how to take better care of myself while taking care of the people I love.

No perfection. No pressure. Just small choices that help us feel better, live better, and take care of our bodies.

I’m so happy you’re here. 🫶🏽
