We are so excited to officially welcome our daughter, Kylie Wells, to the Wells Construction & Design team as our Lead Designer! 🤎
Kylie is a 2026 graduate of Belmont University and has such a natural eye for design, creativity, and all the little details that make a home feel special. We couldn’t be more excited to have her joining us and bringing her own style and ideas to our projects.
A few fun facts about Kylie: she’s great at golf, loves Jesus, is an entrepreneur, and is also the Co-Inventor of Popblend Beauty, coming soon!
We are so proud of her and can’t wait for you all to see what she brings to Wells Construction & Design. 🤍
Welcome to the team, Kylie!

The Before & After of our Primary Ensuite 😍 The original shower was so small it could barely fit one person, so reconfiguring this entire space was a must. We completely transformed the layout to make it feel more open, functional, and intentional and it turned out even better than we envisioned. 🤍 Truly one of our favorite transformations in the house!

This audio 😂 All jokes aside, Jeff and I couldn't be happier with how our dream kitchen turned out. I had so many different inspiration photos saved on my Pinterest board 😅, spent months searching for the perfect honed marble with Tracy, countless hours designing this exact range hood with Jeff (we wanted an oversized bell shaped hood so we can mount a marble piece to the bottom portion), unlacquered brass hardware, & lighting (not an easy task when there's so many options to pick from) I am very picky and wanted very specific timeless pieces, panel ready appliances & our dream range, paint & island stain color (we tested so many different color variations just to find the perfect one).

Months later and it is 💯 complete 🥹. We couldn't have done it without Mike & Tracy @wells.construction.design. They help us execute our visions. Their experience in Luxury Home is next level 🙌🏼. We are a dream team (still have no idea how we convinced them to take on our home remodel when they only do new luxury custom builds. None. 😂). You want to know the best part? Not only did we get a dream kitchen...we all became the best of friends through it all which is priceless. We are very blessed 🥲

Type 'yes' and I'll send you all the sources.

The kitchen of our dreams 🥹 is finally done and we couldn't be happier with the outcome 🙌🏼. Thank you @eurostone_tn For exceeding our expectations once again with the stone work & @wells.construction.design for helping to bring our vision to life. 😍 This is exactly how we envisioned our kitchen. It's truly a work of art and we can't wait to start hosting in our beautiful new kitchen 🤍

When your Stone Fabricator @eurostone_tn can do it all... 🙌🏼

It was no small task taking on our home remodel! 🤭 Our stone fabrication requests were definitely on the more intricate side—we dreamed up custom details, unique cuts, and wanted every single space to have its own wow factor (as Tracy from @wells.construction.design would say 😆).

After finding the most beautiful slabs of marble, we knew we needed true Stone Artisans who could bring our vision to life. @eurostone_tn accepted the challenge and exceeded our expectations in every way. 🙌🏼

A huge thank you to @eurostone_tn and @wells.construction.design for partnering with us to create these one-of-a-kind masterpieces for our forever home. 🥹 Every detail is beautifully crafted, and the finished result truly feels like a work of art.

If you’re in Tennessee and looking for exceptional stone fabrication, I can’t recommend them enough!

Stay tuned for our full kitchen reveal coming soon! 🤍 Xoxo by @wells.construction.design

Outdoor swimming pool of our dreams 🥹 Thank you @sundazeluxurypoolbuilder @wells.construction.design for making our dream a reality 😌 Now we can create memories of a lifetime with our family and friends 🤍

HALLELUJAH...

Stay tuned to see more. We are 90% done. We are waiting for our outdoor pavilion permit to be approved so we can build out our outdoor kitchen and fireplace. We are also planning to add more pretty plants and trees and eventually a vegetable garden on the left corner (wish us luck with keeping that alive)😜😌

(Almost completed just waiting on cabinet doors to be stained)

This project holds a special place in our hearts. 🤎🤎🤎

While our passion is building luxury custom homes from the ground up, we made a very rare exception for some of our dearest friends. @elpetersondesign @jeff_r_peterson

What an incredible journey it has been watching this home transform room by room. Every space was thoughtfully redesigned with beauty, functionality, and timeless style in mind—and we truly believe every single room is a showstopper.
More than anything, we’re grateful for the trust they placed in us and for the opportunity to help create a home where their family can make memories for years to come.

Projects come and go, but friendships like these are priceless.
