I’m 45, love clothes, need comfort to be non-negotiable and live with chronic illness — so I’m figuring out how to make fashion actually work for real life.

No dressing my age.
No suffering for an outfit.
No waiting until I “feel better” to enjoy getting dressed.

Not everything is what Instagram shows.

The last few years have been life changing for me.
I’ve learned so much. From being mentally at rock bottom. Putting in so much work to grow, become stronger and be the best version of myself.

Living with Chronic illness means waking up each day, not knowing what the day will bring 🤯 BUT… with the right support, help, family/friends and A LOT of medication, we get through.
If you’re still figuring things out and winging life & chronic illness. You’re not alone. ❤️
