200 hour YT ☺️ Sharing my love for yoga & clean gluten free eating. Let’s be well together!!

POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi! I’m pearl! 🩷
I recently completed my 200-hour yoga training @3byoga and wanted to make this page to share my love for yoga and wellness!! Here’s a few things about me.
1. I got married a little over a month ago to the very best boy! We live in Utah and love our little life together
2. The very most important thing in my life is my faith and my family. I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ and am so blessed to have lots of family to love!
3. I LOVE being outside. I feel so much joy when I’m swimming, doing yoga in the grass or laying in the sun ☺️🌞
4. I love good food! I’ve been gluten free for the past few years and recently was diagnosed with celiac, so I’m excited to share some of my favorite recipes that have helped me heal my body!!

I can’t wait to share my passions with you all! Thanks for being here <3 by @wellwithpearl

Europe really takes care of its gluten free eaters 🥹 literally was so blown away!! Didn’t get around to writing down everywhere we ate, but here are some of them listed below :)

LONDON/OXFORD
- Chocolate covered strawberries at Borough Market
- Tacos Padre at Borough (100% gf restaurant! Try the fish taco!!)
- Knoops hot chocolate in Oxford (not guaranteed celiac safe)
- Organic Deli Cafe (very knowledgeable of gf allergies!)
ROME
- Voglia di Pizza (no notes this place is amazing)
- Gelateria dell’ angeletto
- Pizza in Trevi (stunned by the service and care for celiacs here!!)
PARIS
- Ministry of Spice
- Carette (not certified gf!)
- Copains bakery (certified gf but in my opinion was overpriced and not my fave!)
- La Grande Epicerie de Paris
- Crêperie du Marché
- Fruit and yogurt from any market was always divine!
All of these were found through @findmeglutenfree !! Comment if you have any other favorites I should try next time! ❣️#wellness #celiac #glutenfree #celiacfriendly by @wellwithpearl

Reminder that wellness doesn’t need to be expensive!!! the wellness space on social media is so full of awesome tips and helpful advice, but also so full of “you need to buy this to get this result” videos… and in my opinion wellness comes from the way you live & eat!

My favorite ways to feel my best (that are affordable!!)
1. Tai Chi exercises in the morning!
2. Dry brushing
3. Getting adequate sleep every night!!!
4. Prioritize getting outside & daily sunlight 🌞
5. Moving my body! (Walking, strength training 4x a week, yoga and stretching!)
6. Focusing on eating whole foods and not stressing too much about “organic, grass fed” etc.. for me, this causes stress because I can’t always afford 100% organic things. Local and in season is preferred but eating whole foods is better than none at all!

Lava cakes for your valentine (or for yourself 😌)

I tested half the batch with almond flour, and half without any flour. They honestly ended up being super similar in texture - so you can make them however you prefer!!

RECIPE (adapted from my queen @lucymakes_ )
Makes 6 servings!
- 4oz salted butter
- 6 ounces of dark chocolate (I used guittard 63% dark chocolate chips)
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar (you can also use regular sugar if you like!)
- Pinch of sea salt
- OPTION: 2 tbsp of flour. I split the recipe in half, and added 1 tbsp of almond flour to the batter! Like I said, it’s totally the same without flour!
Extra butter and cocoa powder to dust muffin tins with
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and prep your ramekins or muffin tins with. Butter and cocoa powder (I used a fine mesh strainer to dust my muffin tins).
- Melt butter and chocolate together in 30 second increments in the microwave.
- In a separate bowl whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar and salt until well combined.
- Fold melted butter & chocolate into the egg mixture and combine.
- If opting to add flour, add here and carefully mix in!
- Pour batter into prepared tins, and place into oven! Depending on the dish you’re using bake times may vary, but I baked mine for 7 minutes. Cakes are ready when the edges are firm but the middles are still soft. Definitely keep your eyes on them so you don’t overcook them!
- Remove from oven and let them cool for a minute, then carefully flip pan to remove.
- Serve immediately with ice cream (we love @icecreamforbears !)
Hope you enjoy!! Also, extras can be reheated the next day for a few seconds and they still taste divine 🥰💖🩷💘🫶

This recipe has been a constant in our house and something my husband asks for repeatedly so it needs a permanent place here! So easy, so filling & naturally gluten free!! Plus it’s amazing for meal prep/leftovers :)

Quinoa bowls:
- Start by prepping your quinoa. I like to cook mine in bone broth for added flavor and nutrients. Add 1C quinoa and 2C bone broth to a pot and bring to a boil - once boiled, lower to a simmer and cover until cooked through. Fluff with a fork and add sea salt to taste.
- Rinse a can of chickpeas and spread out on a sheet pan. Add olive oil and your favorite seasonings (I like Redmond salt and season salt!)
- Add pumpkin seeds and pecans to a separate pan and drizzle a little maple syrup, sea salt and coconut oil. Mix and put both pans in the oven at 350 degrees. Cook nuts for about 15 mins until golden brown. Remove from oven and turn up the heat 425 and continue cooking chickpeas for another 15 minutes or until crispy.
- Season chicken with your favorite seasonings (I do Redmond salt, seasoning salt, pepper, and garlic salt) cook as desired.
- For the dressing, combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons of honey + salt and pepper to taste (makes a good amount so you can use it throughout the week!!)
- Dice apples and chicken, and then plate!! + don’t forget the feta cheese
Enjoy!!! Lmk if you make 🫶

Missing the food so much 😪 I did so much research before going to Japan to make sure I could find lots of yummy food for both me and my husband. soy sauce is kind of hidden in everything !! So grateful for @findmeglutenfree because I found most of the food I ate through their app <3

Also grateful for the 7/11 hard boiled eggs, salmon onigiri, Greek yogurt and @purely_elizabeth granola because I ate those pretty much everyday haha
