hi i’m sophia! you might know me as @glutenfreesophia 🩷
i was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2023. i’ve eaten 100% gluten free for the last couple of years (& i have forever to go!) i’m so grateful for the resources and progress that’s been made for those in the gluten free community and those with food allergies💓

i’m excited to keep sharing my gluten free life- what i eat, what i buy, what i do to stay healthy and how i stay as farrr away from gluten as possible 🙃

banana baked oats!!!
here’s the recipe:

one banana (mashed)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

toppings:
mini chocolate chips and Hu chocolate 🍫

stir all of the ingredients together in a bowl. add topping. preheat oven to 350 F and bake for 22-25 minutes
