Improv Alchemy is thrilled to welcome Aurélie Harp to our team of facilitators! Aurélie is an ICF-credentialed relational and group development coach who brings 20+ years at the intersection of performing arts, group facilitation, and leadership to her work. Before coaching, she spent over a decade in advertising in Paris, London, and New York, an unusual foundation that sharpens her eye for narrative, positioning, and how people actually communicate under pressure.

As founder of Wemanity Coaching, Aurélie works with business leaders one-on-one and with broader communities, entrepreneurs, activists, and artists through group offerings. Her method draws on social therapeutic philosophy (East Side Institute, Global Play Brigade), improvisational theater, and Positive Intelligence® (PQ), treating growth as something built in relationship and in play, not solved in isolation.

She holds a master's in Research & Marketing from Sciences-Po Paris and is based in Brooklyn, NY. by @wemanitycoaching

Seriously?????? Veni vidi vici. by @wemanitycoaching

Yesterday I spent the day in the studio. Eyes off of screens. Meditation in color. The messiness of life on Earth. Our strange species - capable of such beauty and such horrors. Messy. And out of the mess, together, creating a new world is possible and perhaps inevitable. Together. We can make some room for new growth 🌱 A seedling for change. The colors of possibility. A portal opens. Make a mess. Have a dream. Imagine a future that we can bring into existence. Together. Make that kind of mess. It is possible. WHAT IF? #color #imagination #creativity #portal @wemanitycoaching @collage_play by @wemanitycoaching

We are obsessed with answers.
Yet the questions that matter most have no answer?
What does it mean to be happy? Who do I want to become? How do we change the world?
We ask these questions not because we expect to solve them. We ask them because asking is what keeps us alive.
French philosopher Mazarine Pingeot argues that what makes us human is our capacity to live within lack — to be incomplete, to encounter the unknown and not collapse.
And Fred Newman & Lois Holzman, founders of social therapeutics, have shown for decades that we grow not by consolidating what we know — but by performing, together, what we don't yet know how to be.
The unanswerable question is not a broken question.
It's the question that keeps us moving.
What question are you living in right now — and who are you living it with?

What if a letter didn't begin with words on a page —
but with your hands, your voice, your body, the vibration of sound moving through the room?
This month at Creative Playground, we're writing letters. To ourselves. To the ones we love. Not just with pens — but with our mouths, our hands, our movement, our presence.
Language as a living, breathing, full-body act. 🌿
✨ We're so honored to welcome our Creative Playmate @yiruc — award-winning filmmaker, NYS certified teacher of the deaf, and accessibility advocate living at the intersection of art, technology, and social impact. She crafts spaces where every body, every voice, every way of being human gets to lead.
Come ready to play with language in three dimensions.
Come ready to be surprised by what your whole self has to say.

From Womanity → Wemanity

Because the work ahead is not about stronger identities.
But about learning how to build a we.
Curious what you think:
Has the question “Who am I?” reached its limits?

This is for people navigating transitions, craving belonging, or curious about what shifts when development happens in relationship rather than isolation.

As one participant shared:
“This group is a safe haven for those looking to authentically connect with others from different walks of life… There is no judgment—only abundant curiosity and care to enable growth in ways one cannot imagine.” — Jed (UK/NZ)

Can one magic question change a room? Come test it IRL @fabriksocialspaces

Collective Care Lab
Monday, March 2
5:00–6:30pm
FABRIK DUMBO

A 90-minute facilitated space to practice something rare:
being human together.

No panel.
No networking choreography.
No fixing.

One magic question.
Real conversation.

This month’s question:
“When have you felt most yourself — and did gender matter in that moment?”

If that question makes you pause, you’re exactly the kind of person who should be in the room.
