Bridges: A Pan Afrikan Arts Movement Artist Mambo Tse: "I keep think about this quote-- First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me." --They came for South Sudan, Sudan, and then now they are in Ambazonia too. Militarism is not a way to govern.
I'M SPEAKING NOW!" Mambo Tse has a dance company called Siren Protectors of the Rainforest. She is a dance artist from Cameroon based in Brooklyn, NY.
The Rhythm will move you on Saturday, August 10th at Sista's Place 2pm. Get your ticket today! Link in Bio.
