Txakoli poured cold. Oysters 2x a day. Life changing carabineros. Jamón ibérico everyday. Pintxos at every bar. Piparras. Basque cheesecake that ruined all other cheesecake & olives that never ended. 🥂 🫒
Here’s to always choosing the long table, the far place, and the friends who show up like distance is just a detail.

Una gran parte de la felicidad reside en comprender que el éxito no es ostentoso.

A veces se manifiesta como pintxos y txakoli en el País Vasco con la gente a la que llamas tu equipo. Esa gente que está ahí desde cualquier punto de vista, superando cualquier dificultad, y que, de alguna manera, te hace reír con una copa de vino y marisco en San Sebastián sin fin el día de tu cumpleaños, como si la distancia no existiera,
Liderar personas que te hacen mejor en esto de lo que jamás pensaste que podrías ser. Eso es todo. Eso es lo que importa.

El éxito no es ostentoso. A veces se ve así. Como ese tipo de cocina que te recuerda por qué te enamoraste de la comida en primer lugar.

Una comida que existe solo por el placer de comerla.

Una vida vivida solo por el placer de vivirla. 💌

A big part of being happy is realizing that success isn’t loud.

Sometimes it looks like pintxos & txakoli in Basque Country with the people you get to call your team! The people who show up across every time zone, every kind of hard, and somehow still make you laugh over a glass of wine and endless seafood in San Sebastián on your birthday , like the distance never existed.

Leading people who make you better at this than you ever thought you’d be. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

Success isn’t loud. Sometimes it looks like this. Like the kind of cooking that reminds you why you fell in love with food in the first place.

A meal that exists just for the joy of eating it.
