A few clips from our circuit day with the low minute/redshirt group yesterday.

I know machines get a bad rep but I actually love them when training to or near failure. For this circuit every lift was performed with a 2 second concentric and a 4 second eccentric.

Each set to failure with a rep range of 6-15. After failure each athlete gets 15 seconds rest and then they complete a second set to failure.
