This photo says it all…. No matter what is going on around you … if you are laser focused on a goal or a dream … if you can “clear the mechanism” and stay in the zone of “practise perfect perform “ repeat… you WILL ACHEIVE IT. LAZER FOCUS is such an amazing quality to have. You will always have distractions in life. Good distractions and sometimes bad distractions…there will be people watching … life’s ups and downs… people judging ….etc… “don’t worry what others think” keep going ….you will always have a few that give off negative energy throughout life , people that are jealous, envious, don’t have the same things as you or work ethic as you … STAY FOCUSED ON WHAT YOU WANT TO DO…. Let the talkers talk or watch ..The ones that genuinely support and champion you… keep in your circle … most circles are small - those are the best ones to have ! Xoxo Look at ELLA GO!!! Bam. Girl . Love this photo. @ellasolikowski #livewerkown #1820danceconvention #laserfocused⚡️ #clearthemechanism #lethem #lovethisphoto #bamgirl @shelleysdancecompany by @wendidanbrook

Only 4 people missing (Kevin & Saxon , Shauna Sarah ) from this MAGICAL line up … What can I say about the last two days … my heart is beyond full. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the volunteers who helped make our event seamless - the assistants poured their hearts into this event and the faculty overwhelmed and inspired me with their excellence and artistry. THANK YOU to the entire dance community for your undying support and love, and to my partner in crime … we make one hell of a team girl - love you to the moon. @saxonfraser @princekyrzyk @ati3nza @kevinhowe_ @tookeyliz @jjbeamish @kamille.gad @emmahalvorsonn @elijahsapad @thiery__robertson @desiraekwhite @kaylieewhitee @jaedyncallies @taytumwoods @trish2207 @shaunacallies @karawoz by @wendidanbrook

Ba 💥 Bam … one of the best turners I’ve worked with yet. Consistent Clean and Flawless .. Dev you are one of the most athletic dancers I’ve worked with … when I can show off the entire solo I will… your stamina and athleticism is BEYOND next level. In your grad year I need to say… it’s been an honour to have done all your jazz solos over the years .. all the best in the future girl… you will do amazing things. @devyn.carterr #livewerkown #dancerslife #choreographers #artists #creativehumans #dancersofinstagram
