If you would’ve told me a year ago that I’d be giving sleep hygiene advice, I genuinely wouldn’t have believed you 😂

But here we are! My sleep (and honestly, my life) has completely changed since prioritizing my nighttime routine and making these small but intentional changes. Turns out, investing in your rest really is investing in yourself. You are worth it!! 💤✨

@saatva, just sending some new customers your way 😉

Y’ALL. OMG. IT’S OFFICIAL!!! 🥹🏃🏻‍♀️✨

What started as a distant dream is slowly but surely becoming a reality. The Bronx 10 Miler was my final race to qualify for the 2027 NYC Marathon!!! EEEEEK! 😭🗽🏅

I’m so incredibly proud of myself for making it this far, and I’m even more excited for the journey ahead. There have been plenty of challenging miles, but every single one has been worth it.

And a HUGE thank you to my support system for encouraging me, rooting for me, and pushing me forward every step of the way. I truly wouldn’t be here without y’all!!! ❤️‍🔥 @ everyone over at @billionairerunningclub !

STAY TUNED… MARATHON MAMIIIII LOADING!!! 🤭🏃🏻‍♀️💨🗽✨
