“I would go to the gym if I looked like you”

🫪 GUYS, I DIDN’T ALWAYS LOOK LIKE THIS…➡️

FIRST TIME EVER STEPPING FOOT IN THE GYM 😫

I trained religiously at home,
on my pink Kmart mat,
doing blogilates 20 min workouts on Youtube with my laptop (pls tell me I’m not the only one…)

I remember being so happy about my glute growth here creating this collage 🥹

I took my LITERAL STICK LOOKING ASS to the gym because I felt so insecure about having no muscle & mat pilates wasn’t cutting it (sorry)🧍‍♂️

the glute growth continues…thanks to powerlifting aka LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS 💪🏼

but I never took photos front-on…I did NOT have a toned stomach and I was embarrassed 😢

also, I couldn’t find 2022 pics but we KEEP MOVING ➡️

MY FIRST BODYBUILDING PREP 🥺

Only thoughts in my brain - “no freaking way I can do this, I love food too much”

I felt like I fit into the “skinny fat” category, I lacked confidence, I wanted more for myself but HOW?

At the start of 2025 I took a leap of faith and LEARNT so much about intentionally training, fuelling my body & how to ACTUALLY achieve my goals ⭐️

spoiler alert: the brain was the hardest part to train - the mental strength was no joke

POST-COMP BULK PHASE 📈

Project:
build hella muscle,
eat alotta carbs
& get that ASS BACK 😭

What I learnt:
Carbs are not the enemy, they’re your best friend 🍑

12-WEEK MINI-CUT FOR MY HOLIDAY 📉

Went from my heaviest weight ever (61kg) to seeing my visible abs AGAIN? (55kg)

Finally the systems I put in place allowed me to CONTROL how I wanted to look! 💫

Progress takes time…but time passes anyways! 🥹

So… what’s your excuse?

We can ponder for months on the “what if”, but without having a go, NOTHING will change.

Change doesn’t happen overnight… CLEARLY 😭

My results picked up way faster in 2025 when I actually:

✨ Became more consistent
✨ Learnt what systems worked for my lifestyle
✨ Not only trained hard, but ate to support my goals
✨ Prioritised recovery
✨ Finally stopped making excuses!

I went from having little knowledge about training and nutrition to building a physique I once only dreamed of. And it wasn’t because I suddenly became more motivated — it was because I le by @wendyamid

ok because I dont train back for nothing 😭

For a long time, I felt like I was constantly starting over.

I was going to the gym, trying to eat well and telling myself I wanted to change… but I couldn’t seem to stay consistent long enough to actually see the results I wanted.

I blamed being too “busy”.
Work. Weekends. Social plans. Life.

But the truth was, I didn’t need life to become “less busy” - I needed the right habits, structure and systems to make fitness work alongside my actual life.

Once I learnt how to do that, everything changed. Not just physically, but in the way I felt about myself and the promises I made to myself.

And honestly, that’s why I’m so passionate about wanting to help others do the same too 🤍🥹

You don’t need to become a completely different person overnight.

You just need to start building the habits that your best version would have.

If you’re a busy woman who feels stuck in the cycle of starting over and you’re ready to finally build a body you feel confident in without giving up your life…

Let me help you 🥹

channelling this songs energy tbh & I love it 😫

tried a dance workout after work this day & holy, if that isn’t a sign that I need to do more cardio 😭

I used to think I could “out-train” a bad diet.

AND I KNOW I’m not the only one 😭

Even though I trained hard and went to the gym CONSISTENTLY, I thought the results would follow…

But no matter how hard I trained I still felt skinny fat 🫪

The biggest turning point for me was when I learnt how to properly FUEL my body.

Here’s what a day in my eating looks like THEN vs. NOW!

Then = Eating inconsistently, little to no protein in meals, frequent takeaways because I didn’t know what to cook 🫩

Now = Eating consistent portions so that I never starve, protein & wholefood focused to support training & digestion, meal prepped & planned for the week so I’m always progressing! 😁

But the physical changes is only ONE part of it all.

Learning about balanced nutrition & finding what works for my lifestyle allowed me to:
⭐️Learn how to take care of myself
⭐️Have more energy to train & recover
⭐️Show up as my best self in other areas of life

If you’re ready to stop guessing with your nutrition & reveal what you are truely capable of,

DM me “NUTRITION” and let’s chat! 🫶🏼

helping ya’ll because it took me way too long to figure out how to grow my GLUTES

⬇️
1. Train glutes TWICE a week ✌🏼
- Training the muscle more = more opportunity to grow!
- I have my lower body days on Monday & Friday for optimal time to rest & recovery in between

2. Eat ENOUGH food 🍳
- Aim for 1.5-2.2g protein per bw EVERYDAY (even on weekends) to fuel your muscle growth
- Eat in a slight calorie surplus & don’t be afraid of carbs, THIS is what supports your energy & actually allow you to grow!

3. TRAIN HARD 😤
- If you are doing the same weight for more than 2-3 wks… 😀 GO UP! (you are stronger than you think)
