If you don’t know where to start on your health journey… start small & start with the foundations. It’s all about bio-individuality (what might work for me might be different for you) but health is multidimensional - you could be eating all the right foods & working out but if it’s hell in your head & heart… it will be HARD & the needle won’t move.
