Mutton Rendang Made Easy with @dancingchef_sg! Who knew a premix could taste this good? 😍❤️ Tender mutton, thick aromatic gravy and all that rendang goodness… definitely a keeper! 😋

🤫 Here’s my little trick!
Buy a pack of fresh tom yum spice set because it gives you almost everything you need for a delicious rendang:
🌿 Kaffir lime leaves
🌱 Lemongrass
🧅 Shallots
🌶️ Chilli padi

Pair these fresh aromatics with Dancing Chef Padang Rendang Paste, add coconut milk, water and mutton, then let everything simmer until the meat is tender, sauce thickened and the flavours come together beautifully. 🤤 Definitely making this again! ❤️
