✦ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗞 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀! ✦

I began physical therapy school and CrossFit at the same time nearly a decade ago. Seeing PTs like @thereadystate and @barbellphysio on Instagram, I dreamed of becoming a physical therapist in the CrossFit space - but, you know, the gay alternative version. 💁🏼‍♂️ After many setbacks including struggles with anxiety and self-doubt, I’m so proud to say that I never gave up and now my dream is finally becoming a reality. 🙌🏼 Thank you @prehab2perform for taking a chance on me and showing me the ropes.
