Took a break from school and decided to attend a trade school, I spent the last six months up picking up Massage therapy and Olympic style weightlifting coaching and blessed to say I am following a career that can do both. Here are the three things that stuck out to me:

1️. Deep Tissue Mastery: I discovered how powerful deep tissue massage is for addressing structural/postural injuries. It's a game changer!

2️. Dreams never die: If you have a dream you want to achieve, the only person stopping you from accomplishing them is yourself. If you Don't have faith or belief in yourself you wont get far, I didn't pass the Nation wide certification exam my first time, I held my chin up got to work and passed the second time.(Praise God🙏🏼)

3️. Athletic/General Recovery: Athlete's or your average weekend warrior who is incorporated to manual tissue therapy recover faster and reduce the risk of soft tissue injuries.

But most importantly I’m happy to announce that I’ll be working at Lab Sports Therapy and Performance. We'll be helping athletes and weekend warriors recover and get back to to the things they love most weather its a lifestyle, athletic, or recovery goal we got you. 👍🏼

We will be opening up late October mid November!!!!!
LOCATION COMING SOON!!!!!
