Solid athlete transformation for @levi_18_25 Been working with Levi since the end of August, and all I gotta say is he came to me in a perfect position to start putting on muscle tissue and hasn’t missed a beat since. (Up 20+ pds btw.) He has also been an absolute sponge when I’ve corrected form or tempo on his training and his training intensity speaks for itself. Only the beginning in this young man’s journey. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. Code “Unk” Aminotech. @axeandsledge #bodybuilding #weslyunk by @weslyunk
Been working with @jessehendersonnn since February, we kind of began are bodybuilding journey together at the same lakeville lifetime, so it’s pretty cool to be able to guide him through the different aspects phases and stages of bodybuilding, on the left he was sitting around 165 during the start of his first push phase, now on the right coming to the end of mini cut/cruise to begin a rebound into his push phase he’s sitting around 172 with some very obvious muscle added to his frame, very proud of this mf, but this is only the beginning in both of are journeys in life and bodybuilding. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. Been working with @jaelenroskowinski_ for over a year now and have been training with him every Sunday during that same time period. Jaelen came to me wanting to prep, during that prep he ended up losing 50 pounds and as you can see in these pictures he was still able to put on some muscle tissue during a very demanding prep. it’s been very fun to coach him in person and have an eye on his training every Sunday. We are now in his offseason phase and things are going very well as he continues to develop as a bodybuilder. 1:1 coaching link in bio. Code “Unk” @axeandsledge Somachems. 1st srs growth phase completed for @_._ethan._ +30pds In the earlier stages of truly developing a physique I wish my soft ass generation would understand that sometimes in order to put on a lot of muscle tissue at the early stages of development it is going to take time in a softer and less pretty environment physique wise. To truly reap the benefits in the long run. Very proud of Ethan for buying into the process, truly did not miss a beat the entire push, progressed in training literally every week, while being a kick ass Buisness man as well. Heading into are bodybuilder cruise/minicut as we speak to get ready for another productive growing phase. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. Have been working with Mr tanner @tman_lifts Since the beginning of January starting weight on left was a solid 185pds we went through a little clean up phase to prime the body for some srs bodybuilding, cleaned up blood glucose, cleaned up the blood pressure. Now on the right eating 700 carbs on high days, 600 on base days and 500 on rest days. Blood glucose is as low as it’s been. Blood pressures in check. Now on the right sitting at 200 pds at the beginning of his first real push body comp is damn near the same if not better and Mr tanner is not missing a beat quite frankly. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. 3 months working with Mr Donny. Start of the push phase sitting at 153ish on the left. On the right sitting at 162 in the am, eating 900 carbs on training days + a burger and fry once a week on top of all that food. Very happy with the progress he’s made so far. Progressing in training by the weekly and putting on nothing but muscle tissue frankly. Good work my man. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. Code “Unk” @soma_chems #bodybuilding #weslyunk by @weslyunk

200pds start of prep - 170 one day out - 200pds 2ish months post show. Aka the natty rebound of doom. @assistedpullupwarrior Been working with a good friend of mine Mr Myles since the start of his first prep. Very exited to keep things rolling with him as we had a lil hammy injury pre prep which forced him into mens physique (where he still brought a fantastic package to his first show.) Mr Myles has been absolutely dialed post show growing into classic. Currently running 2 high days at 540 carbs, 3 base days at 420 carbs and 2 rest days at 290 carbs. The emphasis this offseason is to stay in striking distance while building up those hammys. Great work brotha, proud of you twin. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. 1 year of working with @jacob_drews07 To me working with my athletes is more than just developing a physique, it’s developing a mindset a friendship and a connection with my athletes that is much deeper then just bodybuilding or physique development. Through trails and tribulations, through hardship and tough times. Jacob has definitely been through a hell of year and has made progress spiritually, financially, mentally and physically. Words genuinely can’t describe how grateful and proud I am to have him apart of my team. This is more than just bodybuilding at the end of the day, and Jacob’s definitely helped me realize that. It’s an escape, a therapy, a discipline and a connection built through iron. This is only a year of improvement I’m very excited to see what we can put together with another 4 years of continuous improvement. 1:1 Coaching link in bio. 1 year mutation from @david_isaacson50 165-192 this am. If anyone of you have an excuse aka the “I don’t have enough time to bodybuild” listen to this shit. Starting goalie at lakeville north, Has a full time job, starting d man on the soccer team. Doesn’t miss a meal ever, doesn’t ever miss a training session and is always on top of his recovery/stretching/sleep. Very proud of this young buck. (Tis just the beginning frankly.) 1:1 Coaching link in bio. Code “Unk” @soma_chems @aminoasylum (Aminotech.) #bodybuilding #unkarmy by @weslyunk
