If you are managing every posting platform manually then you are wasting time.

A lot of time!

I use Soontra to manage my entire content production from ideation to publish.

Less apps, less time wasted, more creativity.

You just spent 20 minutes hunting for one clip. Again.

Google Drive. Hard drive. Memory card. A folder called “final FINAL v3.” And you’re still not editing.

Soontra turns all that chaos into a searchable drive. Drop every clip in. Every export, every b-roll, every “I’ll sort it later” dump. Then just type what you remember.

“Find me the video clip where I have my red guitar.”

Boom. The clip is on your screen in seconds.

No more digging through folders. No filenames. No guessing.# by @wesselshq

You remember the goal, the pass, the pub erupting around you. But where did you save that clip? Some folder named “finalv3”?

⚽️ Soontra Drive remembers so you don’t have to. Drop in every clip. Type what you remember: “goal celebration beer.” It finds the moment in seconds.

No filenames. No folder hunts. Just your memory as the search bar. Grab the link in bio.

If you’re using Notion, Google Drive, VidIQ, Frame.io, and Buffer just to manage your content workflow…

You’re not running a content engine. You’re running a relay race where you’re every runner.

Every tool is another tab. Another login. Another place something gets lost.

Your scripts live in Notion, your assets rot in Drive, your feedback is scattered across Frame.io comments, your analytics live in VidIQ, and your posts get scheduled in Buffer…if you remember to copy everything over.

That’s 5 tools doing what 1 should.

Soontra collapses all of it into a single workspace:

→ AI-powered search across every file, transcript, and asset → Project management built for creative teams, not generic to-do lists
→ Video review and timestamped feedback without the back-and-forth
→ Social analytics for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in one dashboard

No more tab-switching.
No more “where’s the latest version.”
No more paying for five subscriptions to do one job.
