Yeah @cameronrhanes it ain’t easy. Don’t have a 20lb medicine ball so I opted for an 18lb kettlebell and moved to the grass after I decided chipping the concrete was a bad idea. by @west.broussard

Felt like the back of the board was coming up better. @soulslider78 gave me a good tip yesterday that helped a lot. So now I am trying to think more about lifting my knees instead of jumping and it seems to be working. #skateboarding #skatelogic by @west.broussard
