How ocean looks after eating a cinnamon roll containing a ridiculous amount of raisins before her trip the ER to get her stomach pumped, hospitalized for 2 days and spending 5k of mommy’s money 😭😭 everyone say a prayer that a cinnamon roll isn’t the thing that takes her out. She’s only 2.5 years old, I would never forgive myself 💔 by @west_coasting_

The adventure of a lifetime 🦕 🦖 the weather was terrible, but when life hands you lemons… you make lemonade 🍋 or in this case mud pies 🥧 #mudlands2026 #lostlandsmusicfestival #legendvalley by @west_coasting_

This how ocean greets me after a long work stretch of waking up at 5 am to get ready for work and being gone for 14 hours a day. Medicine for the nurse soul. I love her love ❤️ she means the world to me. Feeling her breathing on me with her head nuzzled into my neck is such a special feeling. These are the moments you know you will miss one day. Losing Junie really makes me stop to appreciate little quiet moments like these. We are so lucky to be loved by dogs 🐶 by @west_coasting_

Nick and I hiked to the summit of Mt. Ellinor. The summit sits at 5,944 feet, a shorter hike at 6.2 miles round trip (it felt like 20 miles) with 3,300 feet of near vertical elevation gain. Surprisingly the way down was harder than the way up and a whole bug flew into my eye 😭 Nature’s stair stepper 😂 Our largest elevation gain in a single hike to date! Hiked with my pack to train for some of the longer thru hikes we will do next summer. It was a tough hike but panoramic views of Lake Cushman and the hood canal and Mt. Rainier off in the distance made it well worth the effort. I love asking passing hikers “are we almost there” and seeing them laugh knowing what we still have ahead of us. Nothing better than some shared suffering, spending time outdoors among the trees and rocks and being with my love in the wilderness. Building self reliance, mental strength & clarity and of course- a nice big butt. My trail name is Toasty and Nick’s trail name is toaster 😂❤️🌲🌄🏔️ #climbmountains #type2fun #stairs by @west_coasting_

Climbing mountains. Working on my fitness. Chilling with bears 🐻 all with my best friend by my side 💕 I am grateful to be alive, to be able to witness and experience this life and breathe fresh air and use my two feet to carry me places. The mountains are truly magical and majestic and I have fallen in love the outdoors. 2,500 feet elevation gain, 10 miles hiked. Starting at sunrise we hiked up Sourdough ridge, then to the third borough (8,000 feet elevation) and then down Sunrise rim. PS my trial name today was orange pants- I got so many people loving the orange getup 😂 they said they could see me miles away 😂 by @west_coasting_
