Slowly trying to get back into parkour/freerunning and relearn things from the beginning. Don’t train often anymore sadly due to back pain.

Some jumps to get me back into the swing of things…

Had fun today with @nickelngold we went to go see the new Spider-Man movie which was great, then i wanted to get some training in so went out and finished the day off nicely with a meal down at spoons.

Decided to mess about and have some fun whilst also working towards new tricks such as Rudy in and a weird swinging backflip

@nepk_ 4 day 2

Didn’t get much filmed on the second day due to feeling quite tired and achy. However, i managed to tick off a couple new ones which I’m happy with.

Big up to the Newcastle lot who made this event possible. Had such an awesome time and i’ll look forward to the next one!

Sheffield Takeover 2024

Thanks @_adamdore & @liamnorbury for yet another amazing event! Had a great weekend roaming around Sheff and got as much done as i could. I definitely think that this has been the hardest takeover yet and i can only imagine that it’s going to get more difficult next time

Special thanks to @david_witchell_dop @isabelsalazar.k & @minime1034 for helping me break down the more technical challenges and for supporting me through the mental barriers.

Next up Grimsby!
