RHSK Conference 2026 🏡

Yesterday, our team had the pleasure of attending the 2026 Rental Housing Saskatchewan Conference! It was a fantastic day of networking, connecting with industry professionals, and gaining valuable insights.

To make the day even more special, The Hadley was recognized as Saskatchewan’s Development of the Year! 🏆

We are incredibly honoured to receive this award and proud of everyone who played a part in bringing The Hadley to life. A huge thank you to Rental Housing Saskatchewan for this recognition!

14th Floor Appreciation Lunch at The Wesley! 🍕🍩

We’ve officially hit another major milestone at The Wesley, the 14th floor has been poured!

To celebrate, we treated our site crew to an appreciation lunch as a small thank you for all the hard work that goes into bringing this project to life every day. 👏

A big shoutout to @paradoxpizza.beer and @nutanabakeryyxe for helping us celebrate with some seriously good pizza and donuts!

This is what experiencing the Hadley lifestyle looks like! 🎥✨

Take a look inside our latest development, The Hadley! With two resident lounges, an outdoor courtyard, a fully equipped gym and a theatre room, there’s always a space to relax, connect and enjoy.

And the best part? These spaces are constantly booked and buzzing with activity by our residents!

It’s so refreshing to see residents making the most of these spaces and loving them just as much as we do. 🤍

It’s Sask Construction Week, so we have to give a big shoutout to @wrightconstructionwesterninc! 🦺🏗️

Our projects simply wouldn’t be possible without our incredible general contractors at Wright Construction. From their expertise and support to the countless hours of hard work and labour that go into every project, their team plays such an important role in bringing our developments to life.

We’re proud to work alongside such a dedicated team. Thanks for all that you do, Wright Construction! 👏

Throwback to this demolition project 🧱

Sometimes development means saying goodbye to what was there before, not because the past doesn’t matter, but because communities continue to grow and change.

Removing an old building creates an opportunity to make space for something new: places for people to live, work, gather, and connect.

As developers, our role is about more than buildings. It’s about understanding what a community needs today and helping create the places that will shape its future.

We know that this building held a lot of memories for Saskatoon residents, including our own staff, so we have saved some bits and pieces from the demo, so stay tuned to see how we feature those in The Wesley!
