Sunday training🖤🔥🖤🔥.. me and #pdoctopus are slowly getting better friends🙏🏽☺️The ”dancing” part of the sequence and the entry of the trick can best be described as ”work in progress”…😳🙈😝BUT!! West Coast Pole day two 🖤We were WAY too busy being in the moment to film one of the workshops 😭 but trust me when I say the choreo room absolutely ate.So many gorgeous little details, so much commitment, and some genuinely lush performance moments coming out by the end.Then we got into spin pole tricks, stage presence bits, and all the little things that make an audience go 👀Thank you so much for having me @westcoastpole such a lovely weekend with such a welcoming bunch of humans.Next stop… Germany 👀 @polepassion_studio I’m coming for you! by @westcoastpole

Kom och dansa Heels med oss nu på lördag kl. 13-15 på @westcoastpole 🖤💜👯‍♂️💪👠 Dansare på alla nivåer är välkomna! 🌸 Vi kommer att gå igenom en del grundteknik och övningar, och avsluta med en fierce koreografi. Men framför allt ligger fokuset på att må bra i sin egen kropp & att våga gilla det man ser i spegeln. Du är enough, och mer än så - Du är "🔥". ☺️💌 Hoppas vi ses! by @westcoastpole
