I suppose this is a double celebration post, firstly saying that we will now be working with @repliwines who are a new London based importer. Secondly we finally have wines from @lafermedupasteur & @pierrejancou a pair of wine projects that we have had a keen eye on for the past couple of years ! Really happy to finally see these wines in the UK & we can’t wait to share them.

With the busy festive period ahead, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us as a Tournant. This is a rare one off role within our kitchen teams, working across @primeur_restaurant @westernslaundry and @jolene_newingtongreen . It’s a great role for someone who wants to see and learn a lot from 3 different head chefs. The perfect position to learn and absorb multiple styles whilst getting to work alongside some truly wonderful people. Peppered loin from a whole tuna line caught in Cornwall, that we are working our way through.

Served with grated tomato, lots of olive oil and garlic. A bit like pan con tomato without the pan bit.
