Quick question for practitioners: where do most of your clients come from right now?

A) Friends and referrals
B) Instagram
C) Google
D) Directories

Comment your letter. We're curious, and we'll share what we learn.

Before anyone books, they wonder the same things. If your website doesn't answer them, they look elsewhere and often book whoever answers first.

Will I lose control? What if I can't be hypnotized? How many sessions? Online or in person? What actually happens? Is it safe?

Answer these calmly, in plain words, on your services page and in a short FAQ. It removes the fear people carry from TV and makes the first step feel safe.

Save this for your next website update.

Your website isn't booking sessions? It's usually one of these 4 things.

1. It talks about you, not your client
2. It never explains what a session is like
3. There's nothing for people who aren't ready yet
4. Booking takes three emails

Which one is yours? Comment 1, 2, 3 or 4.

If you explain RTT from scratch on every discovery call, your website isn't doing its job yet.

A good RTT website answers the basics before the call: what it is in plain words, what happens in a session, how many sessions people usually need, whether you work online, and what the audio recording is for.

When people arrive already understanding, the call becomes about them, not about the method.

"Almost all my clients come from friends and referrals." Sound familiar?

Referrals are wonderful, but when they slow down, so does your calendar.

A booked practice works in three steps:
Found: a website that explains what you do and how it helps.
Trusted: a free guide that keeps people in touch until they're ready.
Booked: friendly emails and online booking that make saying yes easy.

That's what we build. I call it the Booked Practice System.

Hi, I'm Lucia, founder of Westlight Sites, and I'm so glad you're here 🤍

For almost 15 years, I've been helping businesses get found online and booked. But Westlight started with something much more personal.

A while ago, I went through a burnout and didn't feel like myself at all. RTT hypnotherapy helped me so much. When I was looking for the right practitioner, I noticed how many wonderful hypnotherapists had websites that didn't show the beautiful work they do. That stayed with me.

So I created the Booked Practice System, to help hypnotherapists and RTT practitioners reach the people who need them and get fully booked.

Here I'll share simple, practical tips to help you get found, build trust and get booked. I'd love for you to follow along 🤍

Your About page is one of the most visited pages on your site, and most of them start with "I was born in..."

Try this order instead: start with what your visitor is going through, then why you do this work, then your training, a warm photo, and one clear next step.

People book the practitioner they feel they know. Your About page is where that starts.

The hard part often isn't the session. It's getting people to book one.

These are the 5 things we see on every practitioner website that fills its calendar. None of them need a big budget or tech skills.

Pick one, fix it this week, and see what changes.

Here's a demo site we built for a fictional RTT practitioner, Serena, page by page.

Every page has one job. The homepage says who she helps. The About page opens with the client, not her CV. The sessions page explains exactly what happens. Testimonials show real change in clients' own words. The free guide keeps curious visitors in touch. And booking a free call is always one click away.

This is what we build for every practitioner, around your own story, services and style.

If visitors can't tell in a few seconds that you're for them, they leave.

Most homepages open with "Welcome" or a name and certifications. That says who you are, but not whether you can help.

Try this: I help [who] [get what result]. Use your client's words, not therapy terms.

Read only the first line of your homepage today. Would a stranger know who you help? If not, you just found your easiest fix.

Most practitioner websites are built like a business card: a page about you, a list of services and a contact form. People read, aren't sure, and leave.

A website that books sessions does four things differently:
1. It starts with the visitor's problem, not your bio.
2. It explains what a session is actually like.
3. It gives people who aren't ready a reason to stay in touch.
4. It makes booking take seconds.

Save this and check your own site against it.
