25 years of flavor, family and memories at Saigon Saigon! ❤️

In November 2001, Jessica Arbaugh opened Saigon Saigon with her dad, Vu Anh Nguyen, as head chef. Twenty-five years later, he’s still in the kitchen sharing family traditions and his signature Pho Hanoi recipe, crafted more than 40 years ago.

Celebrate this Westpost favorite with a special $25 prix fixe menu, available all day, November 1–7. Taste some of their most-loved dishes throughout anniversary week.

To celebrate, we’re giving away ten $25 Saigon Saigon gift cards 🎉 Tag a friend below for a chance to win. Each comment counts as an entry. Winners will be announced November 8. by @westpost_va

Authentic upscale Chinese food in Arlington 🥢✨

1983 Chinese Cuisine has a huge menu of Cantonese favorites, dim sum, seafood, Peking duck, and more. Our favorites were the sautéed beef filet with black pepper and the hot and spicy boiled fish—definitely order it if you can handle the spice 🌶️

They also serve dim sum until 4 PM and have creative cocktails made with baijiu, so it’s perfect for dinner with friends or a fun night out.
