Centennial Ski Club circa 1976. I’m forever grateful that my dad enrolled us in weekly skiing lessons back in the day. Every Monday night, we would wolf down our dinner, get our snow gear on and hop in the car. This was a day spent with my lil brobro, Joe, and my friend, Lynda.
Centennial Hill was puny and not much to look at but it gave me a good start to having fun on skis!
I recall my dad popping the collar of his jacket (he rarely wore a hat), and removing his gloves to help us put on our skis and attach safety straps. I think he enjoyed the time in between when he could go to the club house and have a little time to himself!☺️
