•COMING FROM AMERICA•
Worked hard on this one! Wore many hats and each one was a good look! Thoroughly enjoyed working with this extremely talented cast and crew!

I agree with @morganfreeman regarding relegating and diminishing "Black" History to a Month. Every day there is breath in my body "black" history is created! Therefore, no ordinance or mandate is required for celebration, research or discussion. Deflecting patronizing unwarranted energies is also extremely exhausting, especially when the exchange of information barely skims the surface.

However, I decided to post daily eye opening food for thought stories this particular month of February. Primarily, because it's an election year and the campaigning race baiters will most definitely focus on what divides us instead of our commonalities and collective concerns. I hope my postings serve as reminders that the "ish" ain't new, NOBODY has clean hands, facts are distorted and there's always MORE to learn about and from EVERYONE!

AMERICAN history - is a complex
mosaic that should be artfully, heartfully, mindfully and wholly discussed...REGULARLY!!!
I TOO AM AMERICA

The more you know the more you grow, but only if and when TRUTH is spoken! The creation of Google has left no room for excuses, so please ask Alexa before you ask me! #peace #lifeislife #truth #knowledgeispower #blackhistory #africanhistory #americanhistory #africanamericanhistory #civilrights #nolabels #noboxes #nostereotypes #nocoverups #nolies #WHOSESTORY

***(be sure to tap in and tap on each Story in my BHM 2024 Highlights to view each Reel in its entirety. You too will see that a month is not only insufficient but insulting!)
