🌍🥏 More than a Championship. A celebration of connection through sport.

During WUCC 2026 in Limerick, WFDF joined forces with Limerick Youth Ultimate to bring young people together for a free Youth Development Clinic in support of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations’ Sport for #OneHumanity campaign.

From learning new skills alongside Irish national team players to watching the Opening Showcase Game and taking part in a spirited mini-tournament, the day was all about learning, playing and connecting through Ultimate.

Different backgrounds, different levels of experience, one shared passion. 💙

This is Sport for #OneHumanity in action.

It’s been two weeks since WUCC 2026…

and it’s time to start the recaps!!

First up, and most importantly, we want to say a HUGE thank you to our incredible volunteers 🧡

Over 100 volunteers came together to help make this fantastic event happen. From keeping score and looking after pitches, to making sure the toilets had toilet paper, welcoming teams, solving problems, and doing all the little things that often go unnoticed, you were there for it all.

You put in long hours every single day and somehow still did it all with a smile on your face. 🙌

WUCC 2026 simply would not have been possible without you.

To every single volunteer: Thank you for your time, your energy, your patience, your hard work and most of all, for helping create an event that people will remember for years to come. taken in Limerick, Ireland by @wfdf.wucc
