LAST BUT NOT LEAST, WFM meet your 2026-2027 Sectional President…
ā˜€ļøLuis Madera!

šŸ—£ļø: I’m a junior at Madera South High School and this is my third year in FFA! Outside of FFA, I love riding horses, trying new matcha drinks, and spending time with my family. I have four siblings, two sisters and two brothers and two amazing parents. You can probably find me at the local feed store, hanging out with my family, or, honestly, in the Starbucks drive-through with my horse!

šŸ’: One of my favorite FFA memories has to be MFE/ALA. Getting to meet so many new people, make connections, and experience FFA with students from all over was something I’ll never forget. It really showed me how much bigger FFA is than just your own chapter.

šŸ¤: Funny enough, I didn’t exactly choose FFA at first. I was basically forced onto a CDE team by my ag teacher, Mr. Salas. What started as something I didn’t really know much about turned into one of the best decisions I’ve made. That first experience opened the door to everything FFA has given me since.

šŸš€: I’m most excited to meet new members from across the section, build new connections, and see what every chapter brings to the table. I’m especially looking forward to watching our chapters grow, try new things, and make their own impact throughout the year. I think it’s going to be a really fun year! by @wfmffa

From the Madera FFA Chapter, meet your 2026-2027 Sectional Vice President…
🌾Luz Rodriguez!

šŸ—£ļø: Hey WFM section!! My name is Luz Rodriguez and I’m extremely excited to be serving as your sectional vice president! I come from the Madera FFA Chapter where I will be serving as chapter president this year. I’ve been in FFA since my freshman year. I have 2 SAEs which include Market Rabbits and field work. I have competed in my chapters Rabbit/Cavy evaluation CDE team. Outside of the blue jacket, I love hanging out with my friends and I am also involved in other extracurriculars. Two of my most favorite things ever are music and Dutch Bros!

šŸ’: Throughout my years in FFA, I have made so many memories with those around me. Whether it was all the interactions I’ve made with other FFA members at state conference or getting food after events. One of my most favorite FFA memories would for sure have to be when our Rabbit/Cavy Evaluation CDE team won state champs! That day was one of the most memorable days ever. From the van ride to Merced College, to winning state champs, all the way to getting ice cream afterwards.

šŸ¤: When I first joined FFA I wasn’t as involved until my Sophomore year. I was enrolled into an Ag Chemistry class my sophomore year, where I met my advisor. She had asked me if I wanted to show a Rabbit at the Chowchilla Fair and I gave it a shot, from there I started to get involved little by little. My junior year, I met some of the most amazing friends who inspired me to get involved and helped me get out of comfort zone! I am extremely grateful for my amazing advisor and best friends for helping me get involved!

šŸš€: This year will be unforgettable. I am extremely excited to meet you all and make different connections. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for our section😊! by @wfmffa

Up next, meet your 2026-2027 Sectional Secretary…
🌽Makenzie Espinola!

šŸ—£ļø: What’s up WFM Section, my name is Makenzie Espinola and I’m so excited to serve all of you member this year! I’m from the Fresno-Central FFA Chapter where I serve as the first Vice President, and at my school I’m a part of the Criminology Club where I serve as the Treasurer! Currently I have 2 active SAE’s, I own a floral business called Wild Flowers by Kenzie, and alongside that I have a Market Lamb that I will show and sell at the Big Fresno Fair. Outside of FFA I am a cheerleader on my schools competition and sideline cheer team, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, and i love baking and watching movies!

šŸ’: Ive been a part of my chapters FFA program for 4 years now, and some of my favorite memories come from my freshman year on my B.I.G. team, that placed 4th in the state! Although some car rides were long, my team never failed to make those long car rides feel like a 5 minute ride, and never failed to make me laugh so hard I cried. No matter the ribbons won, our placing, or how early we had to get up, we always had a good time and made a rough day the most fun ever.

šŸ¤: What got me involved in FFA was my older cousin and my older brother. They’ve always been people I look up to because of the things they’ve accomplished in their journey. If there is ever something I might be struggling with, I can go to them, if I wanna try a new CDE, but don’t think im going to be any good, they will both help me no matter how good they are at it themselves! And that is something I want to do for others, no matter what I do and don’t know, I will use any and all of my knowledge to help every individual I can.

šŸš€: This year, im looking forward to making a difference, building friendships with as many of you as possible, and making memories that will last a lifetime! WFM let’s make this year the best one yet! by @wfmffa

Coming from Mendota FFA, meet your 2026-2027 Sectional Treasurer…
šŸ’°Fernando Rosales!

šŸ—£ļø: Hello! My name is Fernando Rosales and I’m really looking forward to serving my term as the 2026-2027 WFM Treasurer! I am 16 years old and come from Mendota FFA. I’m going into my junior year of high school and I can’t wait to start. In FFA I participate in competitions like Parli Pro and Citrus judging, I also quite enjoy working on my SAE projects like my sheep, pigeon, and hydroponics! Outside of school I like to spend my time hanging out with friends or playing games and watching shows.

šŸ’: One of my favorite memories in FFA that I’m sure I share with many others is State Conference. I love spending time with my friends at the events and getting to experience so much together. I also really enjoy meeting new people at these events and getting to know them.

šŸ¤: My freshman year of high school I really only went to FFA events because it was better than staying home. However, competing at my first FFA Opening & Closing competition, I got to see how amazing it is to work together as a team and see each other always improving. Ever since that first competition, I’ve only gotten more involved and more ready to see what’s ahead.

šŸš€: This year will be amazing and I am super excited to see many chapters at all the fun events we have planned out for this year! I look forward to seeing everyone and I can’t wait to get this year started! by @wfmffa
