POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Post 352: Call of Legends Shiny Master Set (ft. an imposter) One of my favorite subsets of all time. These Legendary Pokemon featured from Gen 2-4 all have had an impact on my childhood growing up. The artworks on these absolutely pop and the Lugia is a top 3 Lugia artwork in my opinion.

I’ve been super bullish on this set for over 10 years, and began picking up copies for an average cost of $30 per PSA 9. Rayquaza was a $1 pickup sitting unsleeved in a cardboard box of $1 random “bulk” at a flea market in Delaware, and I graded it myself in one of my first submissions. The pops on the PSA 9s are still disgustingly low for the price point they command, let’s not even talk about the PSA 10 QC.

Post 363: The Mischief Ghosts are out 👻👻

I remember running into one of these on Mt Silver and thinking “what is that? is it strong?” It was very underwhelming compared to Gengar but nevertheless a really unique pokemon at the time. The first one I caught was Male so I named him “MrDreavus” instead.

Post 358: Mr Mime + Jungle starter pack🤡🍄

Kids weren’t too fond of the clown

PSA hardly ever gave out 10s for wotc cards. It was like throwing darts. Sent the entire Jungle set back in 2021 and the clown was deemed clean.

Post 357: Giratina Alternate Art + Lost Origins starter pack 🌌

My favorite card from the Sword/Shield era. Shinji Kanda art is S tier and the details of this card are unparalleled. Way cooler than Moonbreon and less than half the pop. In my eyes it’s the top chase of SWSH.
