Just a Swiftie who loves to read 📖🫶✨

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🌈 Happy Saturday!! 🫶 Finishing a sweet rom com today and it has me thinking about my next read!

My Great War 😉 is choosing my next read, but I think I’m going with the one in the middle!! I love Rebecca Serle’s other books so much and this one has been calling to me!!
I also snagged It’s Not Her by Mary Kubica from my library! Which one should I read first!?!

QOTD: How do you choose your next read!?

Hey! 👋

Reading has become a bit of an obsession for me in 2026. I started being more intentional about always having a book with me in 2021 when my last baby was finally (somewhat) sleeping and I could read without nodding off again. I carry a book with me everywhere so that my kids see more of me reading and much less of me on my phone. It’s the self care I needed to kickstart my bookish mama era. I’ve read over 70 books in 2026 and decided it’s about time to share my recs in a separate space! I love rom coms, historical fiction, mystery/ thrillers, and many a memoir. Follow along if you feel the same! 📖✨🫶 by @what.whit.read

Shoe Stack Thursday! 👟🫶📚
Anyone else a barefoot/ sandal person? 🙋‍♀️ Busting out socks and shoes is always a hard one for me to swallow in the fall but fun kicks, pretty socks & matching my books helps! 😉🧚🖤☕️🐳🤍🎩👗

3 of my favorite Rom Com Reads!! 🫶🫶🫶
I love love love these character driven stories SO much.
All 3 are in my pile of always recommended 👏👏👏

❤️Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez (all of hers are fab, but this one is my favorite!!)
💗The Mash Up by Laura Marie Meyers (90’s nostalgia perfection)
💛 The Romance Revival by Christina Lauren (such an interesting plot- going in blind is best here! Also- this MMC might be my favorite I’ve read this year!🥰)

So… I saw this gorg book at Target over the weekend… if it’s still on my mind today, it means I need to go back and get it, right!? She’s soooo pretty!! I mean, look at those sprayed edges!! 🤩🌈🌅🫰
A Rainbow Sunset!? Those are like my two favorite things!

Otherwise Engaged by Susan Mallery😍😍😍
Have you read it? Do I need it as much as I think I do?😉

Two audiobooks I’ve listened to this month that are perrrrrfect spooky October reads! 👻🧡🍁🌕🪾🎃

Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney (aka my newest fave thriller) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This followed daisy’s dysfunctional family on an island where they cannot leave until low tide -people keep disappearing - & things are not as they seem. This all takes place within the night hours of October 31st and reads like a murder mystery party and I loved every single second of it!! SO soooo good!

Middle of the Night by Riley Sager ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This story follows a man who is haunted by a childhood friend who went missing 30 years ago. He’s back in his hometown and determined to get answers to what happened to his friend, and more! SO good!! Didn’t see the twist coming one bit!

If you read them, come back and tell me what you thought!! 👻

Flat lay Saturday! 👻 spooky edition! 🖤🧡🤍💚💜💛
(Made this cutie new hoodie last week and I love her!) 👻

Current read: Can’t Help Falling in Love by Sophie Sullivan
After three spooky thrillers in a row and finally digesting The Great Alone, I needed a little sweet rom com palette cleanser 😉😉

QOTD: what’s your perfect palette cleanser?
