Today is World Down Syndrome Day ❤️ and this year’s theme is ‘End the Stereotypes’.

By embracing the power of sport, we are working towards an inclusive world that celebrates all abilities and supports individuals living with Down Syndrome.

This World Down Syndrome Day we’d like to introduce you to Levi. He’s 14 years old, has Down Syndrome, is an avid sports enthusiast, plays soccer and is a HUGE Manly fan.

Start the conversation, ask questions and do your part to become more aware.

A year of confidence, friendship and happiness 💙✨

This Down Syndrome Awareness Month, we’d love for you to meet Ginger! Over the past year, we’ve watched her grow in confidence, find her people and feel more comfortable being herself.

For her mum, seeing Ginger surrounded by support workers who feel like friends has been one of the most incredible parts. People she trusts, laughs with and can be herself around 🧡

Life after school can be the start of something new ❤️🧡💛💚💙

The What Ability Academy offers structured, term-based days in Mortdale for school leavers and young adults. Participants attend with their own Support Worker, build practical life skills around their individual goals, then practise those skills in the community.

Term 4 bookings are open, starting 12 October. Choose one or more days each week.

Celebrating movement, connection and inclusion with @minifitnow and @whatability 🌟

Our MiniFit Inclusive Fitness Clinics gave people living with disabilities a space to try something new, move in their own way and enjoy being active!

There was something really powerful about seeing people enter a space where movement was for everyone, activities could be adapted, and everyone had the opportunity to find something they enjoyed.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped fill @jubilee.stadium with so much energy. We hope this is just the beginning of more opportunities for people living with disability to move, explore and discover what they’re capable of ❤️🧡💛💚💙
