To those that took a single step into Star Sailor and said, “Woah”, &
To those that took a single sip of a crafted beverage from Star Sailor and said, “Woah”, &
To those that tried one bite of food from Star Sailor and said, “Woah”, &
To those that kept coming back for the many time & time again, “Woah” ——

Mount Diablo summit = 3,849 ft by @whatd_she_order

@supertriaustin was such an AMAZING experience!

And an even bigger eye opening realization of my wonderful support system 🫶🏽 My Papa Bear captured this moment as I was about to cross the finish line - he made sure I rang that “First Timer” bell 🔔 and we punched it hard 🥊 it was such a comforting feeling to hear him cheering me on during the swim 🏊‍♀️ - biking out 🚴‍♀️and hauling my a$$ in through the finishing line 🏃‍♀️

My beautiful Mama Bear & Auntie rang alllllll the cow bells 🔔 throughout our run - you could hear them miles away ☺️😅

And to top it off - my amazing coach (& handsome fiancé) ran MY race & paced me the whole way —— no matter how hard it was for him to go ‘that slow’ 😅💁🏼‍♀️

I’ll def be running this race again - and many more like it! 🫶🏽✨👏🍾🥂

$To Our Valued Guests & Community, In these times, it’s more important than ever to stand as a safe space for everyone. At Star Sailor we are committed to creating a welcoming environment where all people can feel safe, valued, and connected. As part of our dedication to civic engagement, we recently gifted 218 Smashburgers to guests who voted, {serendipitously} symbolizing the number of seats in the U.S. House of Representatives to pass a bill. This number is a powerful reminder of the impact each of us has in shaping our community & country. Though our representatives may be divided, our commitment to unity within our walls is steadfast. Regardless of background or beliefs, we want everyone who walks through our doors to feel the warmth, hospitality, and the security that every individual deserves. We recognize that this election cycle has brought a mix of emotions, and for some, uncertainty. Please know that our mission—to foster a positive, inclusive, and safe space for all—remains unwavering. Thank you for supporting us, and more importantly, for supporting one another. Let’s keep building a community where kindness, respect, and acceptance come first. With gratitude, Marin Slanina Owner/Operator, Star Sailor by @whatd_she_order$
