In collaboration with the Four Seasons, we opened the first chapter of Les Plaisirs de la Table: A Taste of Autumn.

A seasonal homage brought to life above the city, inspired by the apple, a symbol of ritual, memory and gentle beauty.

Guests gathered for an intimate multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Jason Morris, with each dish unfolding like a chapter of autumn: warm, comforting and rooted in simplicity.

An evening where food, ambiance, music and conversation intertwined, a moment to gather, indulge and linger a little longer.
