the secret to actually enjoying your runs? make them worth looking forward to.I don’t always feel like running, so i make the destination the motivation. tokyo has sento’s everywhere and making one your finish line changes the whole 5k. pick a sento, run towards it, soak after. thank me later. some spots even let you drop your bag before you run so you go completely bag free!save this for your next tokyo run route 🏃‍♀️‍➡️♨️楽しくなきゃ続かない。だから目的地を変えてみる。ゴールを銭湯にするだけで、走りたくない日も不思議と足が動く。楽しみは、自分から作りにいく🏃‍♀️♨️#running #tokyo by @whatrosewears

着る自由について、パリで思ったこと💃自分のために服を着る。それだけで、ファッションってこんなに楽しくなることを改めて感じた。海外では基本他人をジャッジしない。どんな体型でも、どれだけ肌を出していても、みんなただ自分のために服を着ている。その空気と安心感だけで、街を歩くのが全然違う。日本では無意識に、人の目を気にして服を選んでいる。タンクトップだと肩がでちゃう、ブラをつけないと変な目で見られるかも、痩せても太っても体型が少し変わっただけで誰かに何か言われるちゃうかも、体のラインが見えないダボっとした服を着てなるべく肌を隠すようになっていた。自分のために好きな服を着ることが当たり前に感じられる空気が、もっと広がればいいな。これからも、自由に、好きなように服を楽しめる発信をしようと思ったファッションウィークでした📓Fashion week reminded me how good fashion feels when nobody’s judging. zero comments on your body, your skin, your choices. just people wearing what they want and walking like they mean it.back home in japan, i’d been dressing for other people without realizing it shaped by social norms and standards i never consciously agreed to. reaching for the oversized tee, second-guessing going braless, covering my shoulders or stomach without thinking twice. every woman should get to wear the thing she talked herself out of 🤍#fashion #pfw #ファッション by @whatrosewears
