2026 SEASON FINALE

A special thank-you to @mrolympia08 & @stevemousharbash_official for there guidance, belief, and for continuously pushing me to raise the standard throughout this entire journey. šŸ™šŸæ

Three overall victories in one season but the trophies were never the true reward

The real victories happened in the early mornings, the painful workouts, the hungry nights, and every moment I chose discipline over comfort. The stage only revealed the work that had already been done.

After every win, the excitement fades, and I’m left with the same questions:

Can I return to square one?
Can I make those sacrifices again?
Can I do it again…and again…and again?

That’s the true test of a champion.

A champion isn’t defined by what he holds in his hands, but by who he becomes while pursuing it and whether he’s willing to keep raising his standard after he wins.

Three overall victories. One unforgettable season. Now, I challenge myself to do it all over again. šŸ†šŸ†šŸ† by @whavebros

2026 SEASON FINALE.

First and foremost, all praise be to God! After 40 weeks of dieting, this season taught me more than I could ever fit into one caption. Patience, discipline, sacrifice, resilience, and how to keep showing up when the excitement wears off and the work gets heavy. I learned more about my body, my mind, and what it truly takes to reach the next level.

To my family, friends, and everyone who attended the shows, checked on me, sent encouragement, or showed love throughout this entire journey—thank you. None of it went unnoticed, and having that support behind me made every difficult day worth it.

A huge shoutout to my coaches: @mrolympia08 @stevemousharbash_official for the guidance, honesty, patience, and belief throughout this season. Thank you for continuing to push me and helping me bring my best package to the stage.

@npc_ifbb_atlantaprosupershow was an incredible production from beginning to end. The atmosphere, organization, and overall experience made it the perfect stage to close out the year.

The 2026 competition season is officially complete. I’m leaving it stronger, wiser, and even hungrier than when I entered. Now it’s time to recover, grow, and apply every lesson learned.

This chapter is finished—but the job is nowhere near done. More fuel in the tank. We’ll be back. 🫔 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @whavebros

LAST SHOW OF THE SEASON. ā³

One more opportunity to bring our best package to the stage before the lights go out and the offseason begins.

Every workout, every meal, every sacrifice over the last year has led to this moment. Now it’s time to leave it all on stage with no regrets.

To our family, friends, and everyone in ATL that’s been supporting us from day one, we’d love to have you there. Come out and cheer on the WHAVE Bros one last time before we disappear into hibernation and get back to building.

The work doesn’t stop after this, it just changes.

Another milestone accomplished.

šŸ† Two Overall Championships in one season. šŸ†

This one means a little more to me because I earned my first Classic Physique Overall title in front of my coach, Dexter ā€œThe Bladeā€ Jackson. To stand on that stage, at a show hosted by one of bodybuilding’s greatest champions, and walk away with that victory is something I’ll never take for granted.

Classic Physique has always been my passion. This division rewards balance, symmetry, proportion, and the timeless X-frame that made me fall in love with bodybuilding in the first place. I’ve always admired the physiques of the 80s and 90s, and as a true student of the sport, I’ve committed myself to building a physique that reflects that era strong, aesthetic, and reminiscent of the Greek statues that inspired generations before us.

My season has been anything but perfect in the classic division:
2nd Place.
9th Place.
1st Place Overall.

Every result taught me something. I accept my losses with the same humility as my victories because a trophy has never defined me. The man I’ve become throughout prep, the discipline I’ve built, the sacrifices I’ve embraced, and the lessons I’ve learned. That’s the real reward.

I believe I’ve already won before I ever step on stage. The stage simply reveals the work that was done when no one was watching.

I control what I can control, and I leave the rest in the hands of the Most High.

The journey isn’t finished. We’re just getting started, and I’m excited to see where God leads me next. taken in Jacksonville, Florida by @whavebros

All Glory be to God. šŸ™šŸ¾
This past weekend is one I’ll never forget. Walking away with my first Overall Men’s Physique title at the NPC Dexter Jackson Classic is a milestone I’ve dreamed of for a long time.

Huge thank you to my coaches, family, friends, and everyone who supported me throughout this prep. It truly takes a team.

The mission isn’t complete—this is just the beginning. There’s still plenty left in the tank, and we’re finishing this season strong. 🌊

Shoutout to @dexterthebladeproductions for putting on an incredible show and @prostudio1_com for capturing these moments.

šŸŽ–ļøROUND 3.šŸŽ–ļø

PEAK TUESDAY.. This Saturday, July 25, I step on stage again with one goal in mind, earning another Overall title and getting one step closer to my IFBB Pro Card.

A lot of people assume I’d be burned out by now after three shows this season, but the truth is the complete opposite. This is where I thrive. Prep keeps me disciplined, my focus razor sharp, and my mind operating on a different wavelength. I genuinely love the process.

After 37 weeks of consistent dieting, training, and making adjustments, my body has adapted both internally and externally. I feel healthy, I feel ready, and I’m grateful to still be chasing something that means this much to me.

The goal hasn’t changed. Keep improving. Keep showing up. Keep putting my physique on the line until the day I earn my Pro Card.

See you on stage. šŸ‘ŠšŸ½šŸ†

Jr. Nationals āœ…
Brought in our best package to date but it wasn’t good enough for the Pro Card. Taking 6th place in my class is something I won’t ever forget, just added fuel to the fire. I’ll be back for sure! Thank you to my sponsors and supporters, we’re just getting started!

If you’re going to chase a dream, go all in. If you’re going to love, love fearlessly. If you’re going to walk away, never look back.
Some people never give themselves a fighting chance because they can never fully commit. If you’re going to go..

GO ALL THE WAY!

The trophy would’ve been nice, but the man I’m becoming on the chase for it is worth even more.

14 weeks of discipline. Injuries. Business. Sacrifice. Early mornings. Early nights.

I brought my best package to date, and now I know exactly what needs to improve.

No complacency.

Back to work. Nationals next! šŸ’ŖšŸ¾

The Whave is just getting started.

Hard work is the goal. The goal is to work as hard as you possibly can, because the greatest reward isn’t always the outcome. It’s who you become along the way.

Every prep, every missed craving, every early morning, every cardio session, every workout when I didn’t feel like showing up, every ounce of discipline. It all changed me. The stage is only where the work gets revealed. The real victory happened long before I stepped under the lights.

I earned my qualification to Nationals, but I knew I wasn’t the complete version of the athlete I’m capable of becoming. So instead of settling, I’m stepping back into the lab. I’m putting my physique on the line again. Not because I have something to prove to anyone else, but because I owe it to myself to see how far I can go.

The losses I’ve taken don’t erase the man I’ve become. They don’t cancel the discipline I’ve built, the confidence I’ve earned, or the resilience I’ve developed. If anything, they’ve strengthened all of it.

Dreams don’t belong to the people who never fail. They belong to the people who refuse to quit.

The job isn’t finished. The goal hasn’t changed.

See you on the next stage. šŸ’ŖšŸ¾šŸ†

Bodybuilding was never about the trophies, sponsorships, stage lights, or even the finished physique.

What I fell in love with was the process.

The discipline of not missing a meal. Not missing a workout. Prioritizing sleep. Staying consistent with the details when nobody is watching. The daily commitment to becoming better than I was yesterday.

The physique is simply the byproduct.

Even if I never stepped on another stage, I’d still live this lifestyle. I’d still chase improvement. I’d still follow the same habits that have shaped me into the man I am today.

Like Mitch said in Paid In Full: ā€œI love the hustle.ā€

Because through bodybuilding, I found more than muscle. I found purpose. I found discipline. I found confidence. I found myself.

This sport didn’t just build my body. It helped me step into my power. by @whavebros
