Over the weekend, Dave from W&S in Brookfield, completed the @ironbullevents Red Granite Grinder 100, finishing 102 miles in 6 hrs and 50 mins! After more than a year of planning and a summer full of training, Dave pushed through the challenge of what he calls his “toughest day on the bike”.

His biggest takeaways? Learn to be patient, embrace the suck, and #enjoytheride along the way. Way to go, Dave! taken in Athens, Wisconsin by @wheelandsprocket

Sometimes, a minor tweak is all you need for a great ride!

Arpeet from Wheel & Sprocket in Park Ridge spent his Saturday out on the Des Plaines River Trail to help riders get the most out of the city's annual River Trail Ride.

We’re proud to have team members who show up for their cycling community both in and out of the shop. Thanks for all you do, Arpeet and team💙 taken in Park Ridge, Illinois by @wheelandsprocket
