Social Distancing Alleycat Alert!! Well, it’s come to this friends, the Duke City Classic is being postponed so we’ve devised some solo bike activities to help keep us sane!
In this Social Distancing Alleycat you will be riding around Albuquerque to skate spots and skate parks. The manifest includes 4 spots that were created by local hero’s @concretecowboys_ ! The list of 12 stops has the name of the park or google-able directions and a ”clue” in quotes that will help you locate the stickers hidden at each location. All stops have 2 stickers, 1 white @marblebrewery sticker at every stop and a unique sticker next to it (the stickers are in this post). Take a picture of the stickers or write down the words on the non Marble sticker to prove you were at the stop.
If you plan on riding the full loop record your route with Strava or other GPS device and send it with all the evidence you’ve collected to me via Direct Message by 4/21/20. Yes, that’s one week to collect the data, so do your homework (dig through Concrete Cowboys Instagram, hell give’m a follow while you’re there) develop a solid route (you can find mine in my Strava activities), there will be 2 bonus points for anyone that gets all the stops in a single journey. Also 1 bonus point per picture of Corona related items you find on your ride, wearing a corona t-shirt doesn’t count (sorry Ian, still luv ya). One of the Concrete Cowboy stops was leveled a while ago but we’re still using it cause it works nicely in the loop. I tried to make the stickers easy find since you’ll likely be covering some distance but if you have an inquiry please hit the DM or ask in the comments of this post, I’ll try to respond quickly. “Cool but what can I win?!?!” I hear you muttering
Top 5 in points get an item from the prize bin that we use for DCC events, if there’s a tie advantage is given to the rider with the quickest time for the loop or the least amount of miles covered. #1 gets to pick their prize from the smaller and cooler prize bin. All participants get a shoutout on the Gram!
That’s it folks, get out on your bike, crush some miles, practice social distancing, be awesome and wash your hands! by @wheelieouthere

Raced in the @endurocupmtb @angelfirebikepark this weekend. I had talked about doing an enduro race this year and AF was a blast! Registered as an amateur and ended in 8th, I should be in the Vet Expert class and would’ve been in 10th place there. Next up is Durango, maybe I should look into this training stuff and step up my game. When your life is in the ditch, find some dope graffiti and have a gratitude check. I cracked the Ringleader 2 months ago and as sad as I can be about that I have to smile at all the great times I had pushing that bike around new cities, old haunts, fast races, and slow Sunday roll outs. #Cheers PBR rig, you earned that blue ribbon! #bikelife #fixedgear #traitor #ringleader #bikeporn #ditchdweller #505 #graffitioftheday by @wheelieouthere
