Spent 3 weeks out in Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah camping and riding motos! Really needed the break! Didn’t have cell service for the majority of that.

Wyoming BDR, Dinosaur National Monument, Lockhart Basin, Gemini Bridges, and a bit of the Utah BDR.

Back in the shop this week getting ready for Georgia Bushcraft Fall Gathering in November.

September is Fixie-Folder Month!

The Wheelis Forge Grunt, Nitro-V. Flat grind with a Griptec handle, G 10 liners. Great feel to this one. Kudos Joe!

The Mechforce and Alphahunter Apocalypse, Böhler M390. 80’s theme carbon fiber inlay. 3.5” harpoon tanto blade, 8” overall. Caged bearings, so smooth you’ll have to stop at the next exit just to check.

Recently finished one off knife for a customer needing a field knife for hunting. Finished it about the same time I was working on a hunting rifle build for a buddy and doing a custom paint job for him.

Knife:
Stonewashed 3/16” NitroV with Olive micarta with natural micarta pins and liners. Faux leather kydex sheath

Rifle:
Ruger American in .308. Athalon 2-12x Optic. Silencer Co Suppressor. Alumnahyde II paint job.

Hunting knife recently finished for @satacticaloutdoors. He is doing a GAW so go give him a follow to learn how you can win this one!

3/16” NitroV stainless with stonewashed finished. Solid brass guard with OD micarta over black g10. Brass/stainless Loveless bolts.

My own leather sheath with a custom 3D printed stamp I designed.

Let me know what you think of this style and if I should make more!

This one off little knife went to a Marine brother recently.

Very much at home in the Conejos River Valley.

This is a score from Blade Show and if you were ever gonna buy a knife because the fuller looks so incredible, this would be the one. But there are many other reasons to buy and carry this beefy boy.

Flat grind with a Griptec handle, G 10 liners and comes with a Kydex sheath.

Great feel to this one. Kudos Joe!

Big Euro style chef knife finished for a friend. Geometry on this one makes it an amazing cutter!

52100 high carbon steel with a satin finish. Nice distal taper and tapered tang for balance. Super thin slicey edge.

Scales are some beautiful combo purple heart and ash burl wood with glow in the dark carbon fiber spacers from @woodbymohler .

Fitting a brass guard to a full tang knife. First one I have ever done. This hunting knife will be going to @satacticaloutdoors so give him a follow to see how the knife could be yours!

NitroV stainless that will be stonewashed along with OD Canvas micarta scales and aged brass guard and Corby bolts. Should look awesome when finished!

Thanks to @turley_customs for making me love this style years ago and to @calebwhiteknives for the awesome tutorial he did for these on YouTube!

Throwback to this Forged Fighter from a couple months ago. Planning out the knives I want to make for the next couple months and I think this will be one of them. Not forging a whole lot nowadays, especially with the heat of summer but one of these might be worth the heat exhaustion!

Always floating between styles. What do you prefer, this rustic forged look with micarta or wood with leather sheaths or the more tactical black or stonewashed fullered blades with g10 and kydex?

Specs: 3/16”ish 80CrV2 with forged flats and stone wash. Vintage micarta scales with stainless tubes. Hand tooled and stitched leather belt sheath.
