Is anybody able to pick up a shift tomorrow? I’m a C4/5 quadriplegic needing help showering, getting dressed, getting in my chair, cooking, etc. $20/hr. I usually do an eight hour shift but I know it’s Halloween so I imagine everybody is busy. I forgot that my regular Saturday person is at a wedding tomorrow.

DM if you can help me out please 🙏🏽☺️thank you!

Another improvement this week - 9 reps of the 10lbs dumbbell. I’ve been working on the 7.5lbs dumbbell for many months. The last time I tried the 10 I couldn’t do a single rep. It’s not much but when you’re paralyzed every little improvement means so much! 💪🏽 by @wheelzakajay
