Be honest… how many road trips turn into one person driving while the other disappears into their phone? Guiltyyyyy 🙋🏻‍♀️

🚗 I realized we were spending hours together in the car without actually spending quality time together. So now I try to put my phone down, turn up the music, bring out the snacks, ask random questions, and actually enjoy the drive with Alan.

😆 And honesty… it makes the drive feels shorter, we feel more connected, and we start making memories before we even reach the destination 🤍

❤️ Quality time doesn’t always require a date night… sometimes it’s simply choosing to be present in the moments you already have.

🤔What do you and your partner do to make long drives more fun?

I used to come home from work exhausted, turn on the TV, and eat dinner with my husband. Without realizing it, this became our routine—we were together, but we weren’t really connecting.

I never wanted our marriage to feel like two roommates simply going through the motions, so we started becoming more intentional with our evenings: eating at the table and talking about our day, taking walks after dinner, and adding game nights to our routine.

They’re small changes, but they help us stay connected—even when life gets busy.

I kept saying, “something needs to change.” Then I’d go back to doing the same thing😅

Work. Commute. Come home tired. Tell myself I’d start next week🫩

I spent years becoming a PA, and I’m proud of that. But I want more say in how I spend my days. More time with my family. More energy for my own life☺️

And waiting wasn’t getting me any closer.

So now I’m learning how to create content, building my UGC portfolio, and working toward income outside of my job. Filming even when it feels awkward. Giving myself grace to be a beginner again👧🏻

I haven’t replaced my salary or figured it all out. But I’m finally giving those “what ifs” a real try and instead of daydreaming☁️

Your dream might look completely different from mine. But you can give it a little space in your life now. One application. One class. One video. Something you can build on☝️

What’s one thing you want to change about your life—and what’s holding you back? Let’s talk about it🤍

I spend my days taking care of other people. Somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of myself 🫩

7 years as a PA, and I still remember how excited I was to get here. The acceptance letter. Finishing school. Finally getting to do what I’d spent years working toward 👩🏻‍🎓

Sometimes I get home and barely have any left energy for myself or for the people that I love 😔 And I have to remind myself, I can’t let one bad moment at work ruin my entire day.

The comes the GUILT. This career has given me stability, opportunities, and the ability to help my family. Shouldn’t that be enough? 🥺

I’m grateful for all of it. I also want time and energy to enjoy the life I’m working so hard for.

And I’m realizing I can’t keep waiting until I’m completely drained to take care of me, too.

Sometimes refilling my cup means a quiet night in. Sometimes it means dancing with my favorite people and leaving saying, “We need to do that again.”

I want more of those moments. The ones where I get to put my responsibilities down for a little while and just enjoy being there.

Taking care of ourselves helps us keep showing up for others. But we also deserve to feel good and enjoy our lives along the way🤍

So take the trip. Try that class. Text your friends and actually make the plan 🗓️

What’s something you do that makes you feel like yourself again?

I love a quiet night in. But I still want weekends where I dance with my favorite people, sing way too loud, and leave saying, “We need to do that again!” 😆

Being responsible and having fun can both fit into this decade. Yes, even if I need the next day to recover.

And your version doesn’t have to be a rave. Take the trip. Try that class. Get your friends together for something you’ve been talking about forever.

We’re so good at showing up for our responsibilities. Let’s show up for the fun stuff too 🤍

What’s one plan you keep saying “we should do” but haven’t made it happen yet?

**90-Day Reset • Week 1** ✨

This week, I made time for things I usually put off: a morning walk, writing down my goals and next steps, filming in public, Pilates, and calling both my parents.

I’m realizing that building something of my own means giving myself deadlines—and following through even when nobody’s checking.

I still have a long way to go, but it feels good to have something to show for all the things I’ve been talking about doing.

If you’ve been waiting to start too, join me 🤍 Pick one thing you care about and make a little room for it this week.

What are you making time for this week? 👇

Does anyone else come home from vacation, go straight back to work, and somehow forget the trip even happened? 😂

When life becomes one busy workweek after another, it’s easy to start feeling like we never go anywhere.

Then I look through our camera roll and realize…okay, Alan, maybe you’re right. We actually do travel—I just apparently need another trip on the calendar at all times. ✈️😂

Sometimes we need the photos to remind us that between all the working, we’ve been living too. 🤍

What’s the next vacation you and your partner are planning? Tell me where you’re going because I need ideas! 👀

My 90-Day Reset starts now ✨ Because I don’t want to blink and feel like another year passed me by.

Between work and coming home exhausted, I keep putting my own goals off. So I’m focusing on four areas: online income, intentional spending, quality time with my parents, and taking care of myself.

This time, I’m setting realistic goals with specific steps—like three workouts a week and visiting my parents once a month. A plan that fits my life, so I can actually follow through.

I’m sharing how it goes, and if you’ve been putting something off join me on my 90 day reset 🤍

What’s one goal you want to work on—and one step you can take this week?

Imagine driving all the way into nature… just to sit around the campfire scrolling on the same phones we use every day. 😅

There’s nothing wrong with a little screen time, but this trip reminded me that simply being together isn’t the same as spending quality time together.

So we put the phones down, had real conversations, played games, went hiking, laughed way too much, and made memories we’ll talk about long after the trip is over. 🏕️🤍

Sometimes disconnecting from our phones is exactly what helps us reconnect with each other.

🥺For years, I told myself I should just be grateful for my career—and I am. It gave me stability, a great income, and a life I worked incredibly hard to build.

🤔But deep down, I still wanted to create something of my own.

😧Starting something new doesn’t mean I have to quit my job, risk everything, or know exactly where it will lead. For me, it means making time after long workdays, letting myself be a beginner, and finally taking action on an idea I’ve been sitting on for years.

🫣I don’t know if it will work... but I’d rather learn from trying than spend another 7 years wondering what could have happened if I had started.

🫵If there’s something you’ve been wanting to pursue, take one small step today. This is your sign to bet on yourself. 🤍

🤔What’s one idea you’ve been too scared to start?

🎓For most of my life, I measured my success by my accomplishments.

💰A degree. A respected career. A good paycheck. One milestone after another until I could finally look around and think, “I made it.”

😥But every time I achieved something, I barely gave myself time to enjoy it before asking, “Okay…what’s next?”

✅I kept checking boxes, raising the bar, and working toward the next milestone. From the outside, it looked like I was doing well. But behind the scenes, I was exhausted—and starting to realize that constantly accomplishing more wasn’t making me feel any more fulfilled.

🤔So I took a step back and asked myself what actually brings me joy.

🫣And honestly, it’s not what I’ve achieved on paper.

✈️It’s being able to take my family on vacation and watching them enjoy the experience.

🌏It’s traveling the world with friends who have known me since before any of the degrees or job titles.

🌊It’s putting on a life jacket and getting into the water even though I never learned how to swim.

👯‍♀️It’s being 32 and realizing that some of the friends standing beside me today are the same ones who stood beside me in high school.

📸And lately, it’s pressing “post” even when I feel awkward, letting people see me try, and finding the courage to start something new.
I’m still ambitious. I still have goals. But I’m learning that success isn’t only about what I accomplish—it’s also about the life I’m creating along the way.

🤗So I’m redefining what success means to me: more memories, meaningful relationships, facing my fears, and having the courage to keep growing.

👀What makes you feel successful that could never be measured by your résumé or paycheck?
